Pros:

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier im Sakura Wood House.(9 Nächte) Der Staff war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer verfügte über ein separates WC und separate Dusche mit heiss Wasser, das auf das Grad genau einstellbar war. Mein Bett wurde alle 3 Tage frisch bezogen und Täglich gereinigt. Es war sehr sauber und die Böden glänzten. Das Hotel ist nicht neu und hat Gebrauchsspuren aber für Laotische Verhältnisse top. Die Lage ist perfekt um Luang Prabang zu erkunden. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Enthalten auch das Frühstück. Leider nur Instant Kaffee und Tee und ungetostetem Weissbrot, Eier, Päckli Saft. Das hat mir aber nichts ausgemacht und für einen tollen Kaffe und Frühstück war das Angebot in der Umgebung gross. Ich kann jedenfalls diese Unterkunft Empfehlen.

It was good value for money during my stay.The breakfast porridge was fantastic.
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

Cons:

The hotel only accepts cash payments. Toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided. Only small sachets of shampoo were available.

One word - REGRET
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Noisy, echo, smoky, thin walls, filthy blanket, no top sheets on bed, bad conversion rate of USD to local currency, cash only no credit cards, horrible breakfast, no milk for tea and coffee and no facility in room, bed felt dirty, would never recommend!

Exceptional service and great rooms in a fab location
Pros:

The staff and front of house team were absolutely amazing! They really went out of their way to care for us and help us and we wouldn’t have known about best ways around the city if it wasn’t for them. A fabulous hotel, thank you!

Pros:

The staff is very very friendly and helpful. We had Some issues with our bike and Vee even came with us to get us the best price to fix it. He cares a lot about his Guests. The room was also very clean and spacious.

Cons:

Wifi doesnt really work in our room.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und bietet ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar eine separate Dusche. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und kam unserem Wunsch nach einem frühen Frühstück entgegen.

Pros:

Charming guest house with very comfortable rooms. Very clean and well looked after. Nice breakfast out on the front terrace every morning. Staff very nice. Very good value for money.
