Good location.
The bed was very comfortable.
Also the ATM swallowed my card and the receptionist helped me contact the bank, If it hadn't been for his help, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you so much!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly; it kept disconnecting. If I hadn't had my data plan, I wouldn't have been able to use the internet properly.
There were no shower curtains and everything got wet. The handle where you put shower head holder was broken and awkward to use.
There was no decent vegan breakfast option.

Luang Prabang - good value
Pros:

Lovely Staff, easy check in, always someone at the front desk.

Complimentary eggs, bread and coffee in the morning

Good size room, with separate toilet/ shower
Had lovely hot water.

When cleaning your room they would also change your bed sheet which is a nice touch.

Location was walking distance to the night market/ supermarkets

Overall good value

Cons:

A/C and a ceiling fan - works but didnt get the room as cold as we like.

Wifi was a bit spotty at times.

Bed was two beds pushed together so wasn't very comfortable.
