Pros:

Everything is nice and experience was good and excellent and staff was very sportive and help full
and special thanks to receptionist girl for your management and your calmly nature and room are very speces and need and clean and location very nice this location middle of Bhimtal, and kanchidham and nainital and all over by one day coverd area and enjoy my stay and specialy recommended this hotel haya palace

Pros:

No water in bathroom , got electric shock from geyser , when told to the staff they seems like not a big deal for them , have to call several times if u want something , reception lady is very rude ,

Pros:

Staff was amicable and food was okay.

Cons:

Room No. 105 &106 was booked. However only room no 105 was ready and 106 was undergoing some wooden panelling work. So we got it after 2-3 hours.

The Bathroom look was dirty though it was some what clean. NO MIRRORS in the bathroom. One had to keep shifting to bedroom for shaving.

Nice comfortable stay away from the Crowds of Nainitaal
Pros:

A clean newly built hotel with beautiful location. staff is very helpful . They have nice family rooms. Ideal for a family stay. Close from market. Away from crowd of bhimtaal. Complete value for money.

Worst hotel
Pros:

Hotel cancelled my booking without acknowledging me and due to traffic, we reached a bit late and we called hotel then he said all the rooms are sold out. It’s ridiculous.
