Pros:

Preisleistung hervorragend!
Personal sehr lieb und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist öfters ausgefallen. Und Nachts war es doch sehr hellhörig.

Pros:

Ngay trung tâm thành phố Phan Thiết, thuận tiện di chuyển nhiều nơi.

Cons:

Mình đi 3 người, đặt phòng tên là “Phòng Deluxe 4 người”, có 2 giường lớn. Nhưng home phụ thu thêm 100k/ đêm, với lý do phòng đó chỉ dành cho 2 người. Rất vô lý.

Phòng thực tế khác với hình ảnh trên booking. Rất cũ kĩ và trông không sạch sẽ (toilet, bàn ghế, ly, tủ lạnh…). Home nên cập nhật lại hình ảnh để tránh hiểu lầm cho khách.

Very pleasant, affordable price, friendly host , quiet and clean and comfortable beds.
Pros:

We booked to arrive at about 1pm. But our bus arrived in Phan thiết @ 6.30am ! They was happy to let us checked in early . We were charged extra when we checked out , but we mind and the extra charge was not expensive, so we’re happy with it. When we arrived, they informed us that they have just completed a hotel next to their house and was asking us if we want to take a look at the new hotel rooms. We did took a look, it was nice and brand new. But we decided to settled for the homestay, as the room is much bigger, the only thing different was the toilet and bathroom is a walk outside our bedroom, not inside like a normal hotel room. Apart from that , we were very happy with the host , very friendly, the room was very clean, the beds was very comfortable , the location was away from the busy streets, so it was nice and quiet, doesn’t cost much yell out for a Grab ride to the main shops jn town. We would highly recommend this homestay. The next time when we come to phan thiết for a vacation, we would definitely stay here again , I would give this homestay a 10/10.

Great stay with lovely people
Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay! The staff were a delight, very welcoming and friendly, especially the lady on reception.

The rooms were very clean with excellent showers. The beds were very comfy.

Phan Thiet is a lovely town and has a nice clean beach close by to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, it was all good
