Pros:

Les propriétaires sont adorables et l'emplacement est parfait si vous souhaitez visiter toutes les plages environnantes, notamment celles de la Perle et de la Grande Anse+++..
Idem pour les courses tout est à proximité.
Le soir en rentrant la terrasse offre un panorama agréable et la piscine avec son spa un moment relaxant.
Pour info les chambres donnent sur l'océan donc le pdj est toujours un réussi !

Pros:

Le personnel est charmant. La terrasse sur laquelle le petit déjeuner se déroule est très agréable. L'ensemble du personnel fait tout pour que tout se passe bien. Des boissons peuvent également être servis

Cons:

Peu de place dans la salle de bain. Équipements disponibles nécessaires mais un peu plus d'équipements de confort auraient été appréciés

Chambre standard superbe ! Lit et oreillers très confortables, un vrai bonheur. Terrasse très agréable avec verdure et vue sur la mer, cuisine équipée, décoration de la chambre sympa et logement très propre et calme. Personnel agréable. À 1km à pieds de la plage du bas vent. Depart sentier du littoral vers Deshaies aux pieds du logement. Je recommande vivement !

A quiet and nice unit close to Perl Beach and Deshaies
Pros:

A nice and clean unit in a well maintained and quiet complex. We had a nice balcony, which included the kitchenette, from where we could see the sea enjoying breakfast and dinner.
The complex is a few minutes drive from Perl Beach and less than 10 min drive from Deshaies.
The personnel serving the complex were very friendly and hopeful on our questions.
Definitely we would like to go back.

Peaceful Stay with Stunning Views !
Pros:

We recently stayed at Residence Vue Mer , and overall had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

The highlight of this property is definitely the view—true to its name, the ocean views are absolutely beautiful and make for a perfect setting to unwind. The location is also great, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being close to Deshaies village, beaches, and local restaurants.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or extended stay. It felt like a nice balance between independence and having access to support when needed.

One thing worth mentioning—on our first night we accidentally tripped a breaker while making toast, but the on-site caretaker responded quickly and had everything resolved in less than 20 minutes. That level of responsiveness was really appreciated and set a positive tone for the rest of our stay.

It was also our first time staying somewhere with an al fresco kitchen. At first we were a bit apprehensive with people occasionally walking by while we were dining, but it quickly grew on us and became part of the charm. There’s really nothing like enjoying a morning coffee with the sights and sounds of the surroundings right there—it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay.

The staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and the pool was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Guadeloupe itself is truly a beautiful gem, and this stay only added to our appreciation of the island. We will definitely be returning.

Overall, I would recommend Residence Vue Mer to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic stay in Guadeloupe. It’s a great option for travelers who want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

Pros:

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage mit tollem Ausblick

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Reinigungsservice während des Aufenthaltes, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier darf man sich an der Rezeption abholen , zu deren Öffnungszeiten.
Müll muss man selbst entsorgen.

5 sonnige Tage mit Blick auf das Meer in einer schönen Umgebung.

Ein toller Blick auf das Meer. Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe.

Cons:

Ne pas hésiter ! Séjour serein !
Pros:

Une vue à couper le souffle, la piscine, la literie très bien ! Si besoin de faire des courses vous avez le Leclerc à 10 mn à Sainte Rose. La plage est à 10 mn à pied.

Cons:

Peut être la table et les chaises de la terrasse qui sont très lourdes mais on sait que c est prévu pour la saison cyclonique.

Pros:

Superbe vue sur la mer (ilet Kaouane) depuis la terrasse de l'appartement.
Résidence très calme. Accueil chaleureux.
Piscine très agréable en fin de journée.
Proximité de nombreuses plages et commodités.

Cons:

Appartement (6p !) confortable pour 2.
Gérable à 4 (lit dans salon), mais 6 (2 lits dans salon) serait compliqué...
Manque juste de quoi faire cafés expressos !
