I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in extremely poor condition — furniture was worn out, fixtures were broken, and it clearly had not been maintained properly. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was unclean when I arrived, with dust, stains, and a general lack of hygiene. For the price charged, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and cleanliness, but this was far from it. I would not recommend staying here.

Der Balkon und die Aussicht von diesem war sehr schön.

Cons:

Unser Bett war schräg. Wie kamen ca 2 Stunden vor Check in an und anstatt uns zu sagen, dass ein Check in nicht möglich ist, führte er uns ins fertige Zimmer und verlangte 2000 LKR mehr, weil wie ja früher da waren( ca. 50 % )mehr.
Wir wurden dann in ein kleineres Zimmer gebracht, dort entdeckten wir, dass das Fenster kaputt war und nicht zu ging. Er versuchte dann nach Aufgprderung es zu reparieren, dies funktionierte jedoch nicht und so wurden wir dann nach mehrere Diskussion in noch ein anderes Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer welches wir eigentlich hätten beziehen sollen war dann am Abend sondabarer weiße auch belegt, jedoch durch Menschen, die der Besitzer wohl sehr gut kannte, das hat uns dann auch sehr verwundert. Als wir zum Essen gehen unser Zimmer verlassen wollten, konnten wir dieses auch nicht abschließen, da sich der Schlüssel nur halb umdrehen ließ und somit nicht rauszuziehen war. Als wir später zurück kamen und nochmal ins Bad gingen, ist uns ein kleiner Gegenstand auf der Fesnterbank aufgefallen, welcher verdächtig nach einer kleinen Kamera aussah, welche auf die Dusche gerichtet war, in welcher wir beide geduscht haben. Das hat uns offensichtlich ein sehr ungutes Gefühl für die Nacht gegeben und auch in dem Haus wurde es sehr unruhig. Wir waren sehr verängstigt und konnten kaum schlafen.
