Best hotel around.
Pros:

Staffs were kind. Nice and clean villa. Food is excellent. Direct pool access from the villa.

Not worth the value, but ok for 1 night
Pros:

We booked this hotel for the only purpose of visiting the Aukana Buddha statue. The hotel is ok for the area, which is not well-equipped to handle foreign tourists. The rooms were large but many things in the rooms were broken, especially in the washrooms. As long as we had working AC we were happy for one night. We didn’t have high expectations from this hotel, but the price could be reduced to reflect the true value and condition of the rooms and other facilities, like restaurant and pool, which were not well staffed or comfortable.

Cons:

Poor maintenance and less than professional staff, need proper training in hospitality. Initially confirmed check out at 12pm, then started knocking on the doors at 11:30 asking to leave early. Very unprofessional!!!

Must visit the place again in near future
Pros:

I am a World Wide experienced Traveller, on Business and Leisure trip. My stay with my family exceeded our expectations multi folded. Excellent services, superb breakfast, tropical garden, clean inviting swimming pool. And really nice family running the business with lots of empathy

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner and was prepared on time and served to the room. The breakfast was excellent. Matheesa was our point of contact and he responded our requests quickly and properly. The room was very cofortable and parking was easy. Pool is nice and very fond of all the trees that grow in the property. There is a lot shade and hope they keep the property same as now.

Beautiful place!
Pros:

Excellent room and pleasant swimming pool though bit expensive with the food too.

Cons:

Staff hardly understand English which makes communication about dinner and breakfast cumbersome.

Awesome place to stay very close to Kala Wewa!
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

Cons:

There is almost nothing that we didn't like. Keep up the good work!
