システムは良好だが、経営者フレンドリーでユーザーフレンドリーなおもてなしの考え方が希薄だと感じた

システムの合理性

Cons:

基本的サービスの案内表示のわかりにくさ。
アパホテルの幹部の書籍が一番に表示されていて、施設の基本サービスを一通り理解する情報が分散されていたり、無かったりしてイラついた。
なぜアパホテルの幹部の自画自賛本を宿泊客に押し付けがましく部屋にまで展示するのか、それはけっしてユーザーフレンドリーな考え方ではない。
洗面所の水受けの栓の開閉のやり方は最後までわからなかった。
朝食サービスの案内も料金表示が強調されていて、宿泊客も追加料金を求められると理解した。

駅前で大変便利

失敗。二度と泊まりません。
Pros:

ロケーションは駅近で良かった。ただ鶴岡市の見どころからは離れている印象。

Cons:

２ヵ月以上前に予約をしていたのにも関わらず、チェックインで相当待たされた挙句「喫煙部屋しか用意できない。メールで返信をしていた筈だ。」と言われた。確かにBooking.comに返信で「こちらのレートでは禁煙部屋は取れず、再度予約して下さい。」とメールが来ていたが、電話で再度確認をしてくれても良かった気がします。必須事項に「5歳の子供がいる為、絶対臭いが無い禁煙部屋で。」と記載していたので尚更そう思います。最終的になんとか禁煙部屋を用意して貰えましたが、翌日に山形で泊まったホテルメトロポリタン山形の方が遥かに綺麗で、部屋も広く、質の高い朝食付きであったのにも関わらず、当日レートを適用された為かメトロポリタンより6千円ほど多く請求されたのにはがっかりしました。

ゆったりした時間を過ごせました。
Pros:

スタッフが洗練された方々でとても気持ちよく接客していただきました。朝食の玉こん、黒糖パン、カレー美味しかった(笑)

Cons:

廊下がたばこ臭くて不快でした。湯船に入った時、洗面台の隙間のカビが気持ち悪かったです。
東北は車社会が大半ですので駐車場が有ると助かります。　ｺﾞﾒﾝﾅｻｲ。

Overall a good deal.
Pros:

Right next to train station and bus depot, and a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and places to eat. Good breakfast at the hotel. Very good price.

Cons:

The room was fine, but the bathroom had lots of problems. The water temperature from the sink faucet was very erratic, often coming out hot when it was turned to cold and vice versa. Very frustrating. There also was no fan in the bathroom, so it remained hot and damp hours after taking a shower. The sink didn’t have a stopper or a plug, which made it bad for shaving.

Great location for exploring an interesting town and nearby mountains
Pros:

Great location near the train and bus stations. Good breakfast. Tsuruoka is a nice town to explore and a gateway to the Dewa Sanzan mountains. Front desk staff are very nice.
