DECENT ROOM AND STAFF
Pros:

The room was decent. We booked 2 rooms, out of which one room was a little smaller than expected but they both are clean. Staff was helpful and warm. This place is not very far from the main ghats and temples therefore it was easy to commute as well. The hotel manager helped us with the tuk tuk also and they (Mr. Shibu and Mr. Sonu- tuk tuk drivers) were the kindest people i have met in Kashi. Overall experience was good.

Pros:

In Banaras, where every place is crowded this hotel was a good option when compared to other stays.Staff was cooperative and kind.

Cons:

Our room was on ground floor near the garden area. Cleanliness could be improved.

Cons:

As we arrived they told us they would not accept foreigners i.d. Just India i.d.
And that wasn’t mentioned ANYWHERE on Booking and he didn’t write me this.
We were told another hotel, as good, could take us for the same price, so we went looking and it did not at all looked like on the photos!
That’s unacceptable!!!!!

Helpful staff, excellent service.
Pros:

Staffs were great. Very helpful. Service was excellent.

Cons:

Tata Sky connection was there but it worked for first 2 days then we had to see YouTube on tv. Tea maker was not in good condition.

A truly welcoming stay that made me feel at home from start to finish
Pros:

Wow, what can I say! From the moment I was given early check-in until the time I checked out, this hotel truly impressed me. As a solo traveller in India, I can honestly say this has been one of my favourite stays. The two reception staff were incredibly welcoming, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout my stay. Thank you for making me feel so at home — if I return, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

It's a home away from home !!!
Pros:

This is my second visit to this property. The owner is personally involved in every activity. This hotel has the best staffs who are very well behaved and are very friendly. The restaurant is "icing on the cake" which serves one of the best cuisines in the town. I had a great time here. This property will be my stay in future visits for sure.

Superb
Pros:

This is a good hotel with a great restaurant. The room was decent and neat. Its location is also ideal for visiting the Vishwanath temple and Dashashwamedh ghat.

Stains on the wall, unsightly bathroom, advertised as having access for cars - bit the case during festivals! And had to walk with heavy suitcases to get taxi - awful experience with that in particular

Comfortable and neat place but with a limited breakfast menu
Pros:

Good, comfortable and neat hotel. Menu options are provided from an adjacent restaurant. The breakfast menu is very limited and we had to choose from a limited number of options. Mr vishnu from the front desk is a wonderful person and very helpful with a passionate heart to serve the customers. Centrally located hotel but the surrounding areas can get crowded during festivities like the kumbh mela

It was a good hotel but would advise to stay somewhere away from Luxa road
Pros:

Spotlessly clean , great WIFI, courteous staff

Cons:

The location was so close to the Ghats that it made the area too crowded and noisy and due to Shivrathri the road was closed which made us to walk more than 10 minutes with our suitcases and to get a tuk tuk and then to catch a taxi to the taxi to airport . When we arrived , the taxi refused to go to the hotel due to heavy traffic and we did the same journey with heavy suitcases
