Pros:

Las habitaciones me gustaron mucho, tambien la vista a Tepoztlan, el Restaurante y la comida y tambien el jardin con alberca.

Cons:

Que estaban haciendo mucho ruido los vecinos de la recamara de arriba de nosotros en la noche.

Lovely hotel, good service.
Pros:

Great location in town and the rooms were really spacious and very clean and comfortable. The views from the top floor are great. Pool was a nice place to hang out during the day to read.

Cons:

It’s in the center of town, the hotel itself is quiet but may be a bit noisier with the proximity to other events etc but that’s normal for a location like this.

Stunning little spot!
Pros:

The hotel is lovely with gorgeous views over the mountains. The staff were friendly, everything was clean and efficient. No issues at all.

Bonito, comodo y centrico.
Pros:

El hotel esta muy bonito, las instalaciones muy bien, las habitaciones estan limpias, espaciosas y las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno muy rico, y si pides a la carta los precios son accesibles, quede muy satisfecha con el servicio, cuando regrese sera mi hotel de nuevo.

We booked this hotel on a whim after spontaneously deciding to go to Tepoztlán for the day. It looked just like the pictures, staff was very helpful and friendly. It has the most gorgeous view of the mountains! It felt very reasonably priced for how fancy it looked. Would stay here again for sure!

Gran opción en el centro de Tepoztlán con una inmejorable relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Hotel muy cómodo en el centro de Tepoztlán, teníamos el desyauno incluido pero no lo tomamos. Nos permitieron dejar los coches estacionados mientras dabamos un paseo por el centro del pueblo. Todos fueron muy atentos y serviciales.

Maravillosa. Fui por mi cumpleaños y me hospedé allí por primera vez y ya se transformó en mi lugar.
Pros:

El servicio del personal es excelente. Las instalaciones están en óptimas condiciones y hacía años que no dormía tan bien. El lugar tiene una vibra excepcional y es muy seguro.
El equipo humano es súper atento sin ser pesados. Esa combinación es un equilibrio difícil de hallar en la industria de la hospitalidad, así que felicitaciones.

Cons:

El único punto que se podría mejorar es el desayuno, creo que podrían ofrecer algunas otras cosas por el mismo precio. Yo pedí un toast de aguacate y huevo y vinieron 2 rebanadas de pan Bimbo frías y todo lo demás arriba. No es una queja sino más bien un punto de mejora.
