Excelente ubicación y unas vistas hermosas.
Todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable, especialmente Rodrigo q nos ayudó desde el primer momento.
Había leído otros comentarios de que el agua caliente no estaba bien, pero no tuvimos ningún problema.

Cons:

Un poco de olor en el baño.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del Hotel Palacio del Cobre, la Arquitectura del edificio, las habitaciones, el Restaurante y el jardín con alberca.

Cons:

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt, schöner als erwartet. Ein sauberes Hotel mit super netten Personal und köstlichen
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist auch die Lage gut gewesen, da das Hotel zentral liegt, es aber trotzdem ruhig war. Das Frühstück von der Karte war großzügig und unglaublich lecker.

Nice place, worth to come back
Pros:

Very nice hotel with Garden & Pool; quiet, but not far from historical center.

Very spacious room - well set.

Breakfast is delicious so far.

Cons:

the breakfast is a la carte (included). If you like some egg/meat/cheese you will have to pay extra.
There is no elevator in the 3 floor hotel (difficult, when having heavy luggage)

The TV command was for me too complicate to work with............ no TV watching.

Unfortunately, there is no laundry service available

Todo excelente es un alojamiento tranquilo, bonito, limpio y acogedor, con una hermosa vista de las montañas, buena ubicación, excelente servicio y buen trato por parte del personal.

Cons:

el desayuno, sería preferible que sirvieran un desayuno americano en lugar del continental que no incluye ni un huevo.
