Located near lots of international banks and shops so easy for tourists to find stuff, lots of taxis and bikes to get around. Hotel was well designed.
The hotel was very very dirty, even wearing sliders after a shower your feet would be covered in dust by the time you got from bathroom to bed. The actual town of Nam Dinh had not much in it to see, just functional shops etc, forcing you to travel further out to Ninh Binh / Hoa Lu to do anything (these towns are great btw).

The room was quite small and the photos online didn't convey that. The interior design of the room was also not the same as photos advertised online.

Comfortable bed, clean linen clean bathroom
No english but the problem was no real direction to room and reception was up a winding staircase so a problem with too much luggage as no help offered. Cleaning on walls and skirting boards was not good . The pictures on booking.com must have been taken a long time ago.
