Bien para su precio tan económico
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación

Cons:

Mi habitación no tenía agua caliente y el ventilador solo funcionaba a toda pastilla, lo cual era molesto

A bit disappointed
Pros:

The lift was good and the staff friendly.

Cons:

There is building development going on which we were not told about .
The complementary breakfast was a joke as when we went in to the dining room it was full with people standing around holding their breakfast in one hand and tea in another .
Overall cleanliness was below par . When I put my bin out to be emptied the room attendant was there and said “ no problem “ arriving back several hours later the bin was still there !!
A couple of sun beds round the pool may have been nice but felt the whole feeling of the hotel was aimed at local tourism .
Not what you expect from a very good brand name like Travancore .

Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

There was no kitchen and dine in option which they showed during booking,breakfast was pathetic and cold and they were serving breakfast in parking space,no proper restaurant was there which was shown during booking
