J’ai réserver une grande chambre avec baignoire, j’ai eu une toute petite chambre impossible de ranger même une valise .

Amazing location, great staff, and overall, an excellent stay
Pros:

Amazing location near Şişhane station, Tunel and Istiklal Cd.
All places in istanbul can be reached quickly. Good amount of restaurants and bars.
The staff was real professional and amazing. 24/7 reception.
The room was good size, but some may find it a bit small, but for the price, it is amazing.
Thanks for free bottled water that was refilled every time room was cleaned.

Cons:

It would be better if there were more places to store clothes. Like a few more shelves. Most storage in wardrobe was taken by minibar or valuables safe.
And cleaning staff was great but just can be a bit more attettive to detail, e.g. the used tea cup was not changed,
It's not negative for us, but some people may find it noisy, but that I say is expected when staying near the central location.

كانت اقامه ولله الحمد والشكر اقامه مريحه وهادئه وسوف اكرر بأذن الله زيارتي للفندق وانصح به جدا

اعجبني في مكان الاقامه قربه من برج غلاطه وتقسيم وشارع الاستقلال يمكن الوصول اليه
عن طريق المشي ايضا تعامل الموظفون كانوا جدا رائعين مصطفى واعتقد الثاني سعيد قمة في الاخلاق والتعاون والامان من بعد الله في الفندق

تعامل القائمين عليه تعاملهم راقي جدا ومتعاونيين مصطفى واعتقد الثاني اسمه سعيد ونظا فة الفندق وقربه من برج غلاطه وشارع تقسيم والاستقلال قريب جدا يمكن الوصول اليه مشيا جميع الخدمات متوفره اشكر القائمين عليه وحرصهم على رحة المقيمين فيه ومن بعد الله الامان في الفندق

حبذا لو يتم تغيير الموكيت واستبداله بباركيه
افضل لنظافة الغرف وايضا مساحه الغرفه مره ضيقه

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! The area where is located is relatively quiet but still around a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and other attractions. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We booked our taxis from-to the airport. We also got few local recommendations. walking distance to the Galata Tower.

Great value
Pros:

Super clean, the room and facility are quite new. Great location, in the center of Beyoglu. The staff are very friendly and responsive. It has 24 hours reception, making us feel very safe to stay here. Our King’s bedroom is spacious and has many windows, which means very bright in the morning. Good shower water, and the bathroom is big. We extended two more days after the first four nights' booking.

Cons:

The window blinds can't block the light as good as a thick curtain, but for those who sleep wearing an eye mask will not be a problem. Also it sits directly at the side of the streets so there is noise. It’s better to wear earplugs to sleep if you want to leave the windows open.

Pros:

очень чисто. даже в ванной! видно, что будто недавно делали ремонт. несмотря на маленькую комнату, достаточно уютно. одну ночь спокойно можно пожить. удобное расположение (от метро минута). кондиционер работают исправно. очень приветливый персонал, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники (если кому-то важно), который всегда поможет! заселили раньше и помогли вызвать такси (в Стамбуле с этим проблемы)

Badezimmer sehr schön und sauber. 2 getrennte Zimmer in einem Zimmer- sehr gut wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

Pros:

Everything was great!
What not to love?
Very clean, central located, stylish decorated room-keeping old elements of the building which was super cool. Bathroom was also very spacious.
What makes it even better is the staff, everyone is very kind, and attentive. Special thanks to our night-shift receptionist Erhan, who helped with anything we needed with his positive personality.
Hope we ll make it back soon

расположение хорошее, рядом с метро.
персонал очень хороший и готовы помочь в любое время дня. я даже когда возвращалась в 4 утра в номер, а карты не было с собой они поднимались открывали мне дверь😂 Особенно Мустафа и Саид, очень добрые и отзывчивые парни. Помогали со всем от а до я, спасибо за все!!!

Cons:

номера маленькие, но для двух человек норм, если не собираетесь целый день сидеть там. нас просто было трое.
шкафчики очень маленькие, мы были на 5 дней и некуда было класть вещи. и немного уборка хромает, девушка была какой-то недовольной вечно, но все равно если попросить нормально уберут.

Rooms from pictures, literally.
Pros:

All the receptionists were exceptionally willing to help, location is splendid and rooms are clean (and like in pictures).
Если вы ищете русскоязычный отзыв, то были в отеле буквально 4-6 августа, расположение оочень близко к метро, чистые номера (уборка базовая есть каждый день + это запросу меняют полотенца), рецепшионисты (один из) говорят на русском и всегда рады сориентировать. Минусов не нашли, решили вернуться еще в сентябре, тк цена/качество ок!
