🚨 ABSOLUTELY AVOID! (Run Away!) 🚨
The apartment was filthy and dilapidated, with mould on the walls and nauseating odours.
For a group of seven people, we were only provided with a single key, which caused significant inconvenience. They forget to put toilet paper and even if I asked everyday they never bring some.
Regarding the security deposit, I had to "fight" to get it back. It took nearly fifteen days, and I even had to threaten to contact the police just so they would finally "take the time to do what was necessary."
Lamentable service and a highly unprofessional experience.
Vì gia đình mình có chuyến bay sớm vào ngày 22, nên mình tìm 1 căn hộ 3 phòng, vị trí gần sân bay để tiện đi lại.
Nhưng phòng ốc, nội thất trong phòng quá tệ, cũ kỹ, hầu như không được chủ nhà chú tâm sửa chữa.
Khu vực bếp xập xệ, nếu không cẩn thận có thể hư bất cứ lúc nào.
Ánh sáng căn nhà cũng âm u không thoải mái.
Những khách thuê sau nên cần cân nhắc, vì trên hình khác xa thực tế.
Close to airport, lots of beds, good aircon
Very hard to check in, multi step process and needed communication back and forth with the owner.
No toilet paper and fold out couch quite dirty.
The toilet door was broken. I did contact the host but no one came to fix it.
I liked the bed and the extra matress provided in our room . this house had 4 rooms which i did not expect for that.
I booked the house because the price was affordable, but when I clicked the last step, I saw that double deducted from my account, and I realised that around 50 MYR was deducted for cleanliness and some for the tax and.... . so i expected to pay 130 MYR but deducted around 262 MYR. which is not fair.

I like the strategic location, 10 minutes away from aeon and arena bbst. Ive booked two apartments, one is good and another one is not really. We had a good time swimming there
The security guard is quite rude . We dont mind of obligation of rules, but they keep on pointing fault on us about the qr code while it wasnt our mistake. The person in charge gave us same qr code and we dont even noticed. There are two parking provided for each apartment but we can only use 3 of it since the guard wont let us in. Please give is two entrance card because to enter the area is a bit challenging. The cleanliness of the apartment is in question and there are door knob that hurts one of my students
