Very nice property and very close to the Station where we watched a concert.
Got stuck in lift
I didn’t stay at salt. The room I booked and paid for was unavailable
Waterline on Oceanside is where I stayed and I liked the location
Everything was awesome
nothing not to like
Could have been cleaner, we had to buy spray and wipe and clean up the place, cooker was dirty had to clean it before we could cook anything in the oven
Comfy beds, washing machine and dryer provided
Awesome view, nice and quiet close to hospital
Mould on wall above the bathroom door on suite in 2nd bedroom
Property was very basic
No staff, no facilities other than very basics, required a$150 card deposit on top of an exorbitant $410 per night
Akin to a pub room with very basic facilities
Great outlook onto the lake. Walking distance to Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Very built-up but quiet area. Good size tv with i.net.
No attention to detail with housekeeping. Cleaner should go to Specsavers. Shower head in main bathroom needs to be fixed - hubby managed a "quick, temp. fix" - one bedside light didn't have a globe. Small things but for $230/night I expect things to work and be clean.
Location, undercover car parking, layout of the apartment.
No lamps in the bedrooms.
The view and apartment
At night it was hard to see where it was, even the taxi driver had to ask, needs to be lit up more.
The location next to the lake and the serenity. One of the staff members came to our rescue when we couldn't figure out the way to operate the elevator.
Maybe entertainment could improve. Apps like YouTube would freeze from time to time and Netflix was restricted to ad-free.
The location was close to the Sunshine Coast Hospital. And met our needs for the week.
It was not to my standards of cleanness. It really needs a spring clean. As there was a lot of dust and spider webs, some of the kitchen appliances felt greasy.
One of the dunes in the single bed had brown stains.
Shower had calcium deposits.
Cough was dirty
Damage and scuff marks on walls.
The view, location & free parking
Wasn't clean, rusty, and broken items, no frypan, so I had to buy one. Oven was dirty and didn't work. Check in details and staff were very stressful and delayed.
Location on 7th floor was perfect. The view was beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing. Very convenient to get to good shopping. Unit was spacious, great sized covered balcony. Two nice bathrooms with lovely big soft towels. Nice kitchen.
The kitchen could do with restocking. A couple of hundred dollars at kmart would get it up to scratch. There were 3 mugs for a unit that sleeps 4. One saucepan, very few kitchen utensils. No ovenproof dishes. But there was a spring form baking pan, for those folk that want to bake while on holidays! There was a multi cooker (slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer) no instructions and something I'd not be wanting to use without being familiar with it's operation. It's a lovely unit. Just needs a deep clean. Especially around the front of the shower doors, and the aluminum tracks of the windows and sliding doors. The lounge suite is very low and uncomfortable for older ppl. The two bar stools were very tired, the bases of them quite rusty. The washing machine needs a good clean. As did the clothes drier need a very clogged lint filter cleaned, along with the removal of the underwear left in it by previous occupiers.
Central location to popular attractions, Sunshine Coast Hospital and shopping centres. Excellent walking track and lovely views. Quiet complex.
Nothing to fault
