Pros:

房間很大，設備齊全。溫泉很舒服，環境、水溫、水量都很不錯。
晚餐安排了涮涮鍋，很好吃。個人因為健康因素不能飲酒，服務人員還很貼心的幫忙換成別的飲料。
飯店離纜車站很近，要到山頂非常方便。
到山形站有接駁車非常方便，要記得先預約。

ウェルカムデザートに感動。
お部屋はとても広く快適でした。
マッサージ機が備えてあり自由に使用でき、お得感がありました。
なんと言っても、温泉の良さですね。
気持ち良かったです。
お風呂上がりの、冷たいドリンクやアイスも最高でした。
夕食も、食べきれないほどの量でしたが、どれも美味しかったです。
朝食は、バイキングでしたがこれもまた最高でした。
大満足の一言です。
身体も心も癒されました。
ステキな時間をありがとうございました。✨

Pros:

The staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel is amazing and beautiful! Food was wonderful and Onsen was relaxing and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again for 2 nights next time!

夜の食事も最高　朝のバイキングも良かったです😊(特に　カレーの美味しさといったらやばいです)
スタッフの方も皆様とても感じが良かったです

Een hotel wat ver boven de japanse standaard ligt
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, met alle comfort en dienstbaarheid. Mooie grote kamer met alle gemakken voorzien.
Ontbijt en diner was prima verzorgd, heerlijk gegeten deze dagen.
De onsen waren helemaal goed verzorgd

今まで、全国のホテル、旅館を利用させていただきましたが、私どもには蔵王国際ホテルが最高ランクだったと思います。
Pros:

夜、個室の食堂でしたが、小声で少し寒いなと漏らしたところ、スタッフに聞こえてしまったのか、１０秒後に毛布を持ってきてくれました。
スタッフの皆さんの礼儀としつけが行き届いているのには、びっくりしました。
夜の料理に米沢牛のしゃぶしやぶと、連泊のため２日目は陶板焼きをいただきましたが、なんと美味しいことか、
三重県の松阪牛以上ではないかと思いました。また料理はなにを頂いても美味しかったですが、特に朝のコロッケは絶品でした。
こちらの要望どおり、空気清浄機を置いてくれていましたこと感謝しております。

Cons:

ホテルのことではないのですが、季節的にスカイケーブルが運行されていなかったことが残念でした。

Gorgeous mountain views
Pros:

Beautiful setting in the mountains. Lovely onsen. Huge room with comfortable beds. Large tub in room. Not too many sensors ! Fabulous breakfast. Nice Yukata.

Cons:

Towels were a little old for such a luxurious place.
