I didnt get into my room till 2am I was given a basement for a room, I checked out the next morning
Pros:

the Manager was kind when I met him in the morning to complain about his staff. he had offered to change my room for compensation but I was just done with the place

Cons:

the front desk staff was acting funny, I dint get into the room till 2am and was offered a basement room that was underground, musky and damp, I also forgot an item when I checked out the next day but never got it back. they claimed not to have seen it

The bedding was comfortable, hotel in high density. Tea/coffee packs but no water jug/kettle
Pros:

The restaurant opens at 0700 when meetings were atring at 0700 some 7km away and food was monotonous, baguette croissant, pineapple and plantaine sometimes beans

Cons:

Maybe it was my room but the toilet system was leaking onto the bathroom floor

Not good so I won't go back there. Its not as the pictures show
Pros:

Staff nice and friendly. Some humble some rude

Cons:

I changed room twice. My third room retained some shower water so room smelled. Sheets with stains and dirty towels. Breakfast had ok bread assortment just that nit being a bread person I could only eat fruits and at times they were not fresh

This was my second stay at Larochelle. The stay was nice globally. Although I had a better experience at my first visit

J’y reviendrai la prochaine fois
Pros:

Très bel établissement. J’y ai passé un bon petit séjour. Le personnel était très accueillant, les équipements de bonnes qualité et aussi j’ai pu garer ma voiture en sécurité dans le parking souterrain
