Pros:

The size of the room was nice.
The owner was very attentive:
- called a day in advance to inform me that I will have my requested parking spot and to make sure when we will be arriving.
- gave instructions how to reach the center and the restaurant we were going to
- was very thorough with the instructions how to lock and unlock the room doors (you have to push the handle up)

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor and it had 4 rooms in a row on an open deck. Every room had a big window right next to the door. So in order to get to the last room on the deck you had to go pass all of the previous rooms/windows.

My room had good curtains and everything was fine. The people that we traveled with mention that their curtains did not cover the whole window. The gap was not that big but enough for them to feel uneasy for some reason.
I did not find this to be a big problem.
You can, at any time, rearrange the curtain so the gap faces the wall next to the curtains so nothing is visible inside.
