シャワーからお湯が出る。

Cons:

お酒は飲めません。レストランで飲むことも禁止されている様子です。インドでは多いのでしょうか？Booking.comは、それを表示することを検討するべきである。
外でビールを買った。部屋にミニバーがあると書いてあったので、開けてみたら、冷蔵庫ではなかった。クーラーではなく扇風機というイメージの箱。1時間後に、ビールはほぼ室温になっていた。栓抜きがこのホテルにはなく、隣の家から借りてきた。
レストランがあると書いてあったが、実際には、中国人のコックが一人いるだけで、夕方6時半以降は、ルームサービスで食べられる。メニューはあるが、その中の、一部の品目しか彼は作れない。
空港までのシャトルサービスがあると書いてあったが、それは、単にタクシーを呼んでくれるだけだった。（手配してくれたタクシーから、ものすごく、extra chargeをとられた）
働いている人はたくさん居るが、ロビーの大型モニターの前で、テレビを見るのに忙しい（彼らが、従業員だとは最初は気づかなかった）
Bagaというブランド名をつけているが、彼らの住所はBagaではなく、ビーチからも離れている。

Do not recommend this property at all.
Cons:

As a family, we gifted a trip to Goa to our brother and his wife (they recently got married). Seeing the reviews on booking.com for this property, we booked a room at this spot (for a sizeable sum). The room provided was absolutely disgusting, filled with bed bugs - which led to rashes all over the body.

The room was changed on the 3rd day of the stay (my brother was leaving on the 4th day in any case) but ultimately - this was a horrendous experience. Considering the 4 star rating of this property, the least we expected was a clean room (which is the absolute basic for a hotel) but apparently that is not a priority here.

Perhaps others have had a good experience with this property (based on the reviews) but I'd recommend looking for a different place if you are planning to visit Goa.

Pros:

Хорошее место. Чуть вдали от основной улицы, поэтому тихо и комфортно. Хороший дизайн, свежая мебель, отличный матрас, достаточно чистое постельное белье. На завтраках меню меняется, но это больше для индусов. Мы же заказывали плюс-минус одно и то же, в целом неплохо, голодными не уходили никогда. Готовят хорошо.

Cons:

Кондиционер не настраивался. Дует как сумасшедший. Клининг мягко говоря туповат. На входе две кнопки вместо привычных табличек "Do not disturb" и "Уберите комнату". Зачем они нужны вообще не понятно. Могут запросто позвонить с ресторана утром, когда спишь "Типа завтрак готов, почему не приходишь". Табличка не беспокоить - никого не беспокоит))) С уборкой та же история. Даже если подойти на ресепшн и сказать чтобы убрались - не факт, что вечером вернетесь и все будет убрано.
Ну и вишня на торте: заказали такси на утро, подошли утром и вечером предварительно уточнив все ли ок? В итоге на следующее утро машины нет. А мы на поезд опаздываем. В итоге нашли какого то водителя кое-как, который на середине пути то ли спать начал, то ли обдолбался чем... На просьбы срочно оставиться - игнор. ЭТО БЫЛО МАКСИМАЛЬНО СТРАШНО.
