Kitchenette listed. Very limited utensils, no bowls for breakfast discovered to late to request from office.
Outside seating area very neglected lots of tall weeds.

Great stay: Very comfortable and modern room
Pros:

I highly recommend staying in the new building for a comfortable and seamless visit. The room itself is incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed, and everything functions perfectly. The shower is also a standout feature. Additionally, the location is very convenient. Everything in Hope is close by, and you can easily walk to the central square and local restaurants within 10 minutes.

Pros:

Friendly checkin. Our room was recently updated, not high end but nice enough. Easy parking. Mostly quiet.

Cons:

Location was near the water but no real water access nearby. Rundown buildings across street. Ac was kind of weak and loud but better than nothing. The kitchenette was basic, our food stayed colder in our cooler than the fridge.
