Muito agradável
Pros:

A localização, a proximidade de zonas de interesse turístico, a amabilidade dos funcionários e os maravilhosos gatos.

Cons:

Talvez a escassez de oferta e variedade do pequeno almoço. Ainda que a pedido, prontamente confecionam.

Πολύ καλά όλα,στάση μετρό σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια,Στάση τραμ 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια , πολύ καθαρό τρομερή θέα ,πολύ καλό πρωινό και εκτός από τα στάνταρ που είχες μπορούσες να ζητήσεις να σου φτιάξουν τηγανίτα αυγά ομελέτα κλπ!ο Μουχάμεντ πολύ εξυπηρετικός να σε βοηθήσει να προσαρμοστείς να σου προτείνει κλπ!

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω είναι ότι παρόλο που άξιζε πολύ καλή βαθμολογία το ξενοδοχείο ο Μοχαμεντ επέμενε πολύ να του βάλουμε καλή βαθμολογία 😊

Per un 4 stelle c'è molto da migliorare

La posizione e lo staff erano molto buoni, anche le pulizie.

Cons:

Le recensioni e il punteggio di booking sono fuorvianti. Ho scelto questo hotel da uno 5 stelle che mi piaceva di più, solo perché questo aveva punteggio più alto. Ho pagato una camera superior con vista mare, non avevamo spazio neanche per aprire le valigie ed erano due trolley. Mi hanno cambiato stanza, ma per un soggiorno di una settimana, non c'era spazio per appendere i vestiti. Il prezzo troppo alto rispetto ai servizi, letto, cuscini e lenzuola, sembrava di essere avvolti nella plastica. Mi dispiace perché lo staff fin troppo gentile, ma non è neanche un 4 stelle. Ho pagato un 30% in più della media del periodo, per avere servizi alti, il 5 stelle costava meno. Non mi sono lamentata, perché ho capito dopo che mi hanno cambiato la stanza, che quello per loro era il massimo e non volevo rovinarmi la vacanza. Ma abbiamo dormito malissimo, in più rumoroso. Mi dispiace ma sono delusa anche dal mancato controllo di booking sulla veridicità dei punteggi e delle recensioni. Chiedo scusa ma non posso mentire. Bisogna essere onesti.

Зимний Стамбул с уютом и комфортом!
Pros:

1. Удобное расположение: рядом метро Шишхане линия М2, недалеко Истикляль и Галата, при этом в отеле не слышно шума многолюдных улиц.
2. Отличные чистые просторные номера, ароматное свежее постельное, шторы блэкаут, есть батарея в номере, что для Стамбула в зимнее время очень важно.
3. Очень вежливый и добрый персонал, всегда приветливы и готовы помочь
4. Завтраки вкусные
5. Уборка тщательная +приносят бутылку воды каждый день

Excellent location, Wholesome breakfast, Friendly and helpful staff that makes us feel like home.
Pros:

The location is superb! Short walking distance to Galata, Taksim, train station etc. Excellent view from our room. Wholesome breakfast and of course the friendly team & the cute resident cats that makes Doruk Palas alive. Will definitely come here again if we have the chance.
