Pros:

Hotel and staff were lovely. Comfortable and pleasant, helpful and so warm. Osman kitty was a bonus!

Pros:

Zelo lep, urejen in čist hotel s prijaznim osebjem in odličnim sprejemom. Lokacija je odlična – Galata stolp je oddaljen le 5–10 minut hoje, do trga Taksim pa je približno 30 minut prijetnega sprehoda. V približno 10 minutah hoje so dostopne tudi glavne povezave javnega prevoza, vključno s tramvajem in trajektom. Osebje mi je ob prihodu posredovalo vse potrebne informacije in poskrbelo za prijetno dobrodošlico. Hotel z veseljem priporočam vsem, ki želijo raziskovati Istanbul in bivati na odlični lokaciji.

Priporočam sobo z razgledom ali s teraso.

Das außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hat den Aufenthalt zu einem wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub gemacht, vielen Dank dafür. Ich bin als Berufsreisende in vielen Hotels unterwegs und habe selten eine so gute Betreuung vorgefunden. Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tolles Frühstück, schöne Zimmer, optimale Lage und gleichzeitig ruhig. Alles top!

Ótimo hotel mas, o melhor de tudo é a simpatia e acolhimento por parte dos funcionários.
Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, próximo à Torre Gálata, quarto confortável com uma vista linda da outra parte de Istambul localizada depois do Corno de Ouro. Bom café da manhã. Mas o que foi destaque maior foi o atendimento dos funcionários. Nota 10 para o Mohamed e para a Naz, e um outro funcionário que não eu não guardei o nome, mas que estava o tempo todo cuidando dos hospedes, incluindo no café da manhã, sempre preocupado em oferecer o melhor. É um hotel acolhedor. E não posso esquecer do Osman, o boss, o gato lindo que ficava tomando conta de tudo. Recomendo muito . Voltaria com certeza. Nota 10.

Excellent stay with a great view
Pros:

Everything was awesome. The location, the staff, the breakfast, and the sleeping space. I loved the balcony at night! Do it -- great spot:)

Cons:

The balcony could use an umbrella to be able to sit outside on a sunny morning.
The bathroom was a bit too small for my taste, but good otherwise.

Pros:

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, schone mooie kamers, mooi uitzicht, uitgebreid ontbijt, dichtbij veel restaurants, winkeltjes, bars en de grote winkelstraat. Ook dichtbij de Metro / of lopend om naar de andere kant te gaan.

Heerlijk hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het personeel was heel erg aardig, Bilal en de vrouw van de receptie waren heel aardig en wisten veel. De locatie was super fijn, alles op loopafstand en de metro om de hoek. De kamers worden elke dag schoon gemaakt.

De moskee gaat elke dag om 5.30u, dat was even wennen, met oordoppen in gaat het prima
