Pros:

Lokalizacja na granicy starego miasta, wszędzie da się dojść piechotą, ale jesteś na samym końcu od atrakcji w centrum. Budynek ładny, basen urokliwy, pokój duży u dobrze wyposażony, ale łóżko niesamowicie niewygodne, pompa wody chodzi głośno, w nocy nie daje zasnąć i budzi nad ranem.
Room service dopiero od 4-tej doby pobytu (chociaż uzupełniana jest kawa i papier toaletowy na prośbę od razu), duży plus za dyspozytor wody. Self check-in, ale prośba o wysłanie zdjęć dokumentów, czego absolutnie nie popieram.
Kontakt telefoniczny z personelem dobry, są pomocni.

Quiet, and hooray for screens and fans
Pros:

Really liked the location, a bit outside the center and in a more average neighborhood. Our room, a queen "suite" (the extra room is the balcony), was well set up and comfortable. Very glad to have a ceiling fan and a screen on the front sliding door, so we didn't need to use the a/c unit at all.
I'm not a big fan of the "unhosted hotel" (basically Airbnb) and only booked this one because it was available last-minute. That said, the staff was quick to respond to chat messages, and check-in and check-out was very smooth.

Cons:

Exterior lights on the balconies for the suites cannot be turned off, so at night, because we wanted to keep our sliding door and drapes open for the breeze, we had to cover up the lights with shoes, hats, etc, to keep them from shining in our window. It's workable but a bit of a hassle (and unnecessary light pollution). The three upstairs suites have the most exterior lights (4 or 5, I think, embedded in the balcony floor on each one). Looked like the three ground-floor suites have only a couple of lights in front of each room.

Great location, convenient and nice room, quiet yard
Pros:

Liked the equipments, the convenience and the communication of the staff. Recommendation for everyone, please enjoy the nearby Cantina Ermita :)

Cons:

The shower head in room 1 could use a good soak in vinegar to remove the limescale from the nozzles and make the stream of water a bit better and more controlled :)

Absolute nightmare!! Couldnt access room and staff would not respond!!
Cons:

They didn’t leave the key in our lockbox. We advised them we were arriving at 12:30 AM. When we tried to reach them, they never answered our calls nor our texts. We had to find some random place to stay instead of being able to stay in our room. Horrible customer service. We’ll be pursing a full refund. COMPLETE JOKE!!

Oase in de stad
Pros:

Deze plek heeft een fijne sfeer. Het is leuk dat alle kamers vlakbij de binnentuin met zwembad zitten.

Cons:

Deze plek werkt met self checkin, dat werkt op zich goed. Je krijgt vervolgens wel een lange lijst met regels mee die soms wat streng en overdreven overkomen (bijvoorbeeld over stroomverbruik en dat je absoluut geen dingen mag laten drogen op de stoelen buiten).

Great little boutique hotel
Pros:

A beautiful space.Room had everything you needed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, you could make a meal.Garden with pool was lovely and a lot of birdsong.Free water and also very quiet.I liked the table in the kitchen where I could sit and journal.Also a nice smart tv with Netflix.Maybe a 20min walk from center but Uber to or from center only 40pesos.Really loved the place and a great value for what you get.

Great facilities in authentic neighborhood
Pros:

I liked the communication, self check-in went smoothly. The inner yard was very cozy and tranquil. I appreciate the effort to invest in the neighborhood and its community. The room was specious and had all the amenities. 15 min walk to the city center

Cons:

We had the room next to the pool pump booth or something like that and it was producing constant noise. The bed was too small for two people with avg. height 180+ cm. The neighborhood, though authentic, is in poor condition (to European standards) with abandoned cars, stray dogs and random people urinating right on the street. But I still appreciated the vibe!
