Pros:

Nothing but behaviour of staffs are good.

Cons:

Me and my family were disappointed with the hotel owner and staff as they have no courtesy for their Customers. They charged extra amount for 3 hrs late in check out which was 30% of booking amount. We would have been checked out at 12 PM but due to much gathering at Trimbakeshwar temple, we got delayed to reach hotel but I was called that we will be delayed as we are in que. But when reached home after Darshan, we requested many times to not take
extra money but they did not listen. Even we checked in at 10 PM in night last day.

Even for free stay, it is expensive
Cons:

Toilet not clean, seat cover broken, room not clean.
Towels have holes.
We paid for 3 days stay. But we run away on the 1st itself. The hotel refused to refund as well..booking.com should be ashamed to promote this hotel.
When we complained about our situation to the management, they told us that they thought that we were Indian, that's why they gave us this room.
The bed sheet seems not changed for years watchroom look like after been clean.
This is my worst life experience..even for free stay it's expensive. Wiring of cables everywhere..unsafe for children..my daughter of 5 refused to use that toilet too..it was like an horror room. During my one day stay, there was four power cuts. And most important, the room smelll terrible. If you want to waste your money and have a worst experience book this hotel.
