We had an incredible 4-day stay at this property. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from multiple train stations, excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, and popular tourist attractions. The property itself is new, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. The front desk and onsite team were consistently helpful and responsive; they assisted us promptly with questions about the stove and washer/dryer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Great location and enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Great location and perfect stay! We enjoyed being so close to a central Metro station (Les Halles) and a walk away from the river, cathedral, Louvre, and very many great restaurants! The room was clean, well-furnished with essentials (microwave, utensils, etc), and fold our couch comfortable. Would def come again!

Pros:

we were impressed with the rooms. very quiet even nestled within the les halles. easily accessible to metro, numerous restaurants, and shopping. if any ambulation issues, need to consider that you have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to elevator. overall, would easily come back to this hotel

Great place to stay when visiting Paris! The unit itself is quite spacious and the area is walkable. Very clean with a modern bathroom, kitchen nook and sitting area. The spiral staircase could be challenging if you have mobility issues but there is a small elevator off the 1st floor you can use. Host was very responsive.

The place was excellent. Clean with free access to a washing machine and dryer that was greatly appreciated. Our room was on the first floor, which was too close to the street noise. Even at 3AM in the morning, I could hear a lot of activity. Next time, I will bring earplugs. Other than the external noise, it was a great place to stay.

The location is the greatest selling feature of this property.
You only have to take one train from CDG Airport to the apartment. The arrival package they email is very clear, containing building code, room code, wifi password. This came about a week before we left. Expedia has an area you can send questions to the staff and they get back withing a day. The building has a tiny elevator which we rarely used but it was useful to move luggage.
Property was a bit small, my room didn't have a dresser but again you won't be spending much time in your room.
There is no shortage of restaurants and clothes shopping.
Very clean and well taken care of building.
