Very friendly and helpful staff. We need tickets printing to plan our onward journey and they were more than happy to help. They helped with luggage storage on arrival and after we signed out. Then when our taxi was delayed they called their own and it came promptly.
The rooms are clean and tidy and well kept daily. We had a great view. We enquired about a shelter and a generator before booking and they did have these. This is my second visit and I'd recommend.
Location - very close to the Palace of Sports, the metro stop and Gulliver shopping mall which was very convenient. The Maidan is just 20 minutes walk if you don't want to catch the metro.
Breakfast is a bit pricey but if you make the most of it you can go without lunch. There is a huge variety of fresh and cooked food with a range of hot drinks, juices etc...
Ми були на події яка відбувалась в Палаці спорту - пішки 5-7 хв.
Чудове розташування в центрі Києва.
До Палацу є спуск по доводі довгим сходинкам, варто врахувати для кого це може бути важливо.
Нам зовсім не зіпсувало враження.
Номер «Премʼєр» з гарним новим ремонтом, у ванній кімнаті є рушники і халати.
Гарний вид із вікна.
