This is a great hotel.

The staff are really great. Really friendly.
This has become my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Kyiv. The staff is excellent, especially Anna and Maria at the front desk. The bar and restaurant has a wide selection and very good food. Especially the Borsch. I don’t care how good a hotel is in Ukraine, if it doesn't have good Borsch, forget it. Igor at the restaurant is great always happy and fast. The cleaning staff is friendly and also very helpful. The gym is the only thing I would improve. And it doubles as the bomb shelter. But they could use a couple of couches and comfortable chairs down there. It is a bit on the older side and has some Soviet vibes, but that is part of the experience

Паркування автомобіля не входить в вартість номера (200гр. на добу). В номері відсутні предмети особистої гігієни (зубна щітка, паста; одноразова бритва та гель для гоління). Якісь рідини налиті в великі дозатори на стіні, але де що не зрозуміло, індівідуального шампуню та гелю для душу немає. Відсутній халат. В сміттєве відро покоївки не кладуть сміттєвий пакет.
