Cons:

Hotel Grand niestety rozczarowuje pod wieloma względami i przypomina czasy PRL – zarówno pod kątem standardu, jak i organizacji.

Śniadanie teoretycznie serwowane jest do godziny 10:00, jednak już o 8:30 trzeba się prosić o dołożenie jedzenia. W pokojach brak podstawowego wyposażenia – nie ma suszarki, czajnika,lodówki ani żadnych udogodnień, które pozwoliłyby zaparzyć kawę czy herbatę.

Dla dzieci na terenie obiektu nie przewidziano żadnych atrakcji. Okolica hotelu jest zaniedbana: trawa niewykoszona, brak koszy na śmieci, na tarasie stoją pordzewiałe meble, a w donicach uschnięte kwiaty. Popielniczki nie ma gdzie opróżnić.

Rodziny z małymi dziećmi mają dodatkowy problem – w hotelu są jedynie schody, więc jeśli pokój znajduje się na piętrze, z wózkiem praktycznie nie ma możliwości poruszania się.

Egészen biztos, hogy itt fogunk megszállni, ha ide szervezünk kirándulást.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet, minden kérést igyekeztek teljesíteni, még laktózmentes tejet is szereztek nekem. Az egyik estére vacsorát is kértünk szenzációs ízű helyi ételek voltak, bőséges svédasztalos tálalásban.
Tágas külső tér, ahol a gyerekek is jól eljátszottak. Közel van a Szlovák paradicsom bejáratához.

Némelyik a fürdőszobára ráférne a felújítás.

Hotel nie powinien mieć 3 gwiazdek. Właściciel ratuje się jak może ale brak ogrzewania ( dogrzewanie pokoju promiennikiem) brak Wi fi mimo zapewnień, brak śniadania w wymaganym standardzie.

Na krótki pobyt w sam raz. Okolica jest piękna i chętnie tam wrócę.

Piękna i spokojna okolica, miła obsługa i smaczne śniadanie!

Cons:

Brakowało suszarki do włosów na wyposażeniu i czajnika. Po górskich wędrówkach byłoby miło napić się herbaty wieczorem. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia.
