Gute Unterkunft, besonders für Familien
Pros:

Gute Lage, warmes Wasser, eigener Pool. Nettes Personal. Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und kleiner Balkon.
Grundsätzlich eine gute Unterkunft mit allem notwendigen. Wir hatten zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett für vier Personen. Mehr als wir gebraucht hätten.

Cons:

Als "Bettdecke " hatten wir etwas andere Vorstellungen. Man musste die Tagesdecke nutzen. Leider gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, was zunächst durch Toilettensteine versucht wurde zu beheben.
Die Küche könnte etwas besser und sauberer ausgestattet sein.

la vue sur le volcan. proche des restaurants et du supermarché. le calme. le frigo dans la chambre. eau chaude dans la salle de bain. le parking. Accès à un jardin dans l'hotel d'en face avec un paresseux qui venait chaque soir.

les ustensiles de cuisines. l'odeur dans la salle de bain (égouts). la couleur de la piscine

Pros:

Dans le centre Arenal. Parking privé. Hôtel au calme derrière la route principale. Juste bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits de passage.

Cons:

Hôtel qui manque de rénovation. Filtre de la piscine qui tourne uniquement la nuit avec un bruit de cascade qui empêche de dormir. Cuisine extérieure commune qui doit être modernisée.

La situation avantageuse et le jardin

Cons:

Peu de confort dans la chambre, il faut demander pour avoir des serviettes propres, aucun ménage de la chambre durant séjour.

Pros:

Instalações boas, piscina, redes, vista para o vulcão, super mercado ao lado.

Cons:

Cozinha comum estava um pouco suja e a geladeira comum com coisas estragadas dentro com muito mal cheiro. Mas tínhamos outra geladeira no quarto.
Área da piscina poderia estar com as cadeiras mais limpas e organizadas.

El trato de los empleados, la ubicación y las instalaciones.

Cons:

Problemas de comunicación por diferencia de idiomas y que estaban mal establecidos los horarios, no seria porque en la app la hora es militar y el administrador ignoraba eso.

Avoid this place. Pictures are deceiving.
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Beds are very hard. Light fixtures are falling off wall. Very poor lighting. Stayed 3 days and didn’t get any type of refresh to the room. We had to request toilet paper.
