locatie is prima. Je bent zo bij zee, maar

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one I must. Horrible experience.
I sent an email on this site to the hotel asking if early checking was possible a few days before my stay with no reply.
Arrived 45 minutes early and was told to wait till 2. Several other people were in the same situation. I was not complaining about that as I was early. There are no aircon or fans in the reception except for 1 fan on the staff. It was extremely hot, so I decided to go grab some food in a cooler place.
When I returned 15 minutes after the check-in was told, my room still wasn't ready and to wait 10 more minutes. Another guest arrived and was told to wait, and 10 minutes, his room was ready. 45 minutes later, mine was ready.
Got to the room, and the cleaning lady was still there.
Went to put my food in the fridge and was unplugged and had an inch or more water in it.
The beautiful pool in the pictures on the site was green and filled with allgee. Broken lighting hanging in the mess of water.
I got the better the "better room" with a bigger bed. There were 2 small beds put together, which was very uncomfortable. Woke up with a sore back.
The location is good but the room was very noisy. Discovered the doors to the balcony, which were broken, and they wouldn't lock. This made the noise worse and made the room unsafe for security.
Had an early check out at 6 a.m., but there was no receptionist there to check me out.
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in Da Nang,, for business, but this was by far the worst. Even the ones half the price have been better.
Wouldn't say the staff was rude but definitely not friendly.
Again, I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like customers should hear the truth.
