The apartment has several appealing qualities, especially the spacious terrace, which would be wonderful to enjoy in better weather (we visited in January). Each bed room has its own A/C unit. Its excellent location is another strong point, offering easy access to major sights, restaurants, and everyday conveniences. Overall, it serves as a convenient base for exploring Istanbul.

Additional considerations: There are a few practical details future guests may want to keep in mind. The apartment has a two‑level layout because the building was originally designed as two separate units, and this configuration leaves the entryway noticeably cold in the winter. The listing photos appear outdated and need updating, and the sitting area is quite small, comfortably fitting only about four people. Additionally, the bathroom features a non‑western style shower, which may be unfamiliar to some travelers.

I really liked this place, it was spacious and beautiful, just like in the photos. The location was fantastic, markets and restaurants were very close.

This is a great place in the center of Istanbul, I will come again next year with my family to this beautiful villa.

What I liked most about the villa was that it had 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, the bathrooms were great, there was a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath, the terrace view was like a dream, I was very happy to come here and stay.

An amazing villa with a stunning sea view and a perfect view of the Blue Mosque. The private terrace was our favorite spot to relax. Everything was clean, peaceful, and just steps from the main attractions. Highly recommended!”

The terrace was wonderful. We had a wonderful time. We bought delicious fresh desserts and Turkish delight from the delighturca Turkish delight shop on the back street. Everyone loved it. There are markets and restaurants on the street. It was a clean and hygienic villa. I loved the jacuzzi. The main tourist attractions were a 4-minute walk away. It was a cute villa on a quiet and safe street.

Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Dachterrasse, Besitzer sehr behilflich und freundlich. Alles perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!
