Not for long stays
Pros:

its affordable and has hot and cold shower. theres free parking space.

Cons:

Food from the resto isnt good eg: tapsilog hotdog bad taste ewww.
Wifi very very bad.
Pool- no chlorine.
Beach- very dirty no maintenance, they dig a hole and dump garbages and cover with sand.

My stay was okay, except for my concern at the toilet.
Pros:

The aircon is okay. The view of coconut trees from balcony. Affordability of stay and food, and less crowd.

Cons:

What I find uncomfortable was the situation at the toilet.
The rug was always wet because there is a gap on the floor that allows the water from bathing area to reach near the toilet bowl and the rug. And even the bidet, when the water connection is turned on to fill the flush tank, the bidet is leaking and would flood the floor and the rug. Also the curtain bar fell upon slight adjustment.
