Price worthy accomodation close to beach
Pros:

I have booked the junior room (nr 11) which was spacious and looked just on the pictures. The staff was helpful when I asked for other room and even helped me to find my little hook what I used in the bathroom and forgot during the move to the other room. Thank you again.

Cons:

What was disturbing for me this room doesn't belong to the main house, its separate room outside above the scooter parking and water pump machine accessible only via steep small steps. For a very noise sensitive person like me the noises during the night and morning when more and more scooters arrived I could not stand and changed to other room inside the building. That was much better and saved my trip.

The swimming pool was refreshing. The staff was friendly, although they weren't there all the time. The room was clean, good towels.

Cons:

The location was a bit far from the "center" and it was sometimes difficult for drivers to find the place. I wondered why there was no plastic bag in the toilet trash can, or even a lid. This would be a small thing that would affect hygiene and cleanliness. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Nice property but needs more attention to details.
Pros:

We like the quiet location and courtyard pool with plants. The villa has lovely Italianate style, comfortable communal kitchen which we didn’t use and we welcomed provision of filtered water and their efforts to be eco friendly. Staff when available were friendly.

Cons:

There was a strong smell from the drains each time we took a shower. The net curtains were dirty with mould stains which we told the staff. A little more attention to details would make this place really nice. Near to beaches and restaurants but walking very difficult due to narrow roads and incessant traffic.

Love the Place so we plan to stay there again when we come.
Pros:

i love how peaceful the place is silent and no disturbance from outside. Really good service from the staff and they come everyday and if we are not there they send message to ask should they clean the room.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet location
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good. I had a lovely breakfast from their kitchen which was delivered to my room. Great staff and a super quiet location and a nice pool.

Cons:

The one thing that could have been better was if the air con had a little more power.

Didn't live up to our expectations
Pros:

Nice large room and lovely pool

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, had to sleep on top of the bedding to stop me feeling the springs. Bathroom sink leaked so they they simply propped up the piping. TV very small and hard to see across the room. WiFi was APPALLING. Could not use Smart TV options and so many websites kept saying they were blocked, dropped out consistently. Our patio was in the soaking rain the WHOLE time so could not sit out there or dry washing, it was also a public thoroughfare. For 3 days they were fixing up the paving outside our room with no warning, had to have the curtains drawn or go out all day. Provided a measly 2 coffee sachets a day. Location was AWFUL, right down an alleyway, you had to walk past a construction site, then a 10 minute walk to anything, which doesn't sound too bad until you add SUPER narrow roads, with huge walls on each side, poorly lit, open drains, pouring rain and oncoming traffic. Difficult to get taxis to come to the location as it was so hard to access and then they couldn't even turn around when they dropped you off. We REGRETTED chosing this location and spent each day getting out and back to more vibrant areas of Kuta.

Der 1. optische Eindruck ist noch ganz passabel. Aber der Rest war eine Katastrophe. Wir sind nach der 2. Nacht abgereist.

Cons:

Diese Suite verdient den Namen nicht. Nach der 1. Nacht haben wir uns an das Hotel gewandt, um die eklatanten Mängel aufzuzeigen. Man war nicht begeistert aber auch nicht wirklich interessiert. Eine 1-2 stündige Pinselrenovierung haben wir abgelehnt - Fenster die nie geschlossen sind, eine Toilette, die gruseliger nicht sein kann. Der Spiegel im Bad verdient den Namen nicht, die Matratzen tanzen, weil ausgenudelt. Die Außendusche besticht durch Grünspan. Es gab nicht ein Teil in der Suite, welches in Ordnung war. Nach der 2. Nacht sind wir abgereist - von einer Suite darf ich anderes erwarten. Nie wieder - die positiven Bewertungen erstaunen uns immer noch. Die Bilder sind echt - versprochen. Zum Strand geht man ca 10 Minuten, der Markt ist ähnlich weit entfernt - Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe.

Pros:

Nos tocó la habitación junior, la verdad que la bienvenida por el personal es muy personalizada, sin embargo tuvimos problemas con el baño, el inodoro se atrancó, y lo que sostiene la ducha se caía. Es cierto que nos dieron una solución regalándonos dos cocos pero creo que sí que deberían de revisar las instalaciones. Algo que nos complicó la estancia en Seminyak es que tenían el servicio de las motos sin disponibilidad y no pudimos alquilar ninguna. Caminando hasta la playa principal son unos 20 minutos.

Cons:

Baño un poco descuidado, no opción de alquiler de moto.
