Bonnie City Hotel

After spending weeks looking at hotels, I choose the Bonnie City as it had good reviews and the facilities described matched what I was looking for. Unfortunately the reality didn't match up to the description and photos and I ended up checking out 4 days early and moving to another hotel.
Room - the room was a good size but had only 3 coat hangers and there were no drawers.
The walls were very thin and I could hear someone snoring in the room next door.
Although the bed was comfortable, the only bedcover was a thin rough textured sheet/blanket. The air conditioning unit was directly above the bed which was uncomfortable during the night.
The bathroom was a good size however the shower cubicle was quite small and it leaked.
Breakfast - Breakfast was awful. Cheap tasting orange juice, no toast machine and many different bowls of food but nothing was labelled so it was a bit hit and miss as to what you ended up with.
Facilities - The webpage states that the hotel has a coffee shop/cafe, a fine dining restaurant and a bar. None of this is true. I believe you can order coffees and food and have it in the communal seating area/garden however this does not constitute a cafe or restaurant and is also only available until 4pm. They also don't serve alcohol.
Location - The location is very close to the Old Town which is good during daylight hours however I didn't like walking back in the evening as the surrounding streets were dark and empty.

Everyone at the reception was nice, the hotel is okay if you are not paying much, the showers have bacteria and I had to shower with slippers because I was disgusted , parking was good, hotel location is not too bad although it looks bad. Breakfast was okay, not great, most things at breakfast were needless.
Overall, the stay was okay and walkable.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Hôtel proche du centre, de la Marina, tram pour la plage de konyaalti à 5mn.
Bon petit déjeuner buffet.
Le personnel est agréable, Myriam parle français et donne de bons renseignements.

Overall good stay! Very welcoming staff and super helpful! But if you go to breakfast (open 8-10am) at 9.30, it will be empty most of the goods :(

Jätte bra hotel

I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. I would especially like to give a lot of credit to the two waitresses working in the restaurant, they are very hardworking and doing a great job

L'accueil c'est tres bien passé. Niveau propreté la mchambre était pas très propre. Le lit pas du tout confortable. Le petit déjeuner etait horrible. C'est honteux de faire un service de petit dejeuner comme cela. Du jamais vu !!! Passé votre chemin je ne recommande pas cette hotel.

Temiz, her yere yakın, çalışanlara ilgili, kahvaltısı çok iyiydi seçenek de çoktu.

Great location. The hotel itself is quite nice and the room is very spacious. Staff were generally nice and helpful, but service was very slow. Our curtain was broken in the room and we had to ask 3-4 times before someone came in to fix it. It was resolved in the end, but definitely a bit inconvenient for us and the staff. Additionally, we requested takeaway breakfast (after the staff had mentioned this was possible) and told them that we were vegetarian. Despite this, they still put meat in the meal. Nonetheless, it was still a good stay overall!

Prefect property, it’s a short walk to the clock tower / old bazaar and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping district, the hotel was very clean and staff are friendly and on hand to assist as much as possible
