The exterior of the property could benefit from some updates; however, everything else was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. While the breakfast could use a few improvements, it was still enjoyable. The interior of the property was clean, inviting, and well-kept, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service.
The property was pleasant overall, but it could benefit from some additional updates and maintenance to enhance its overall appearance and comfort.
The room layout was good, plenty of elevators, had a good variety for breakfast.
No toilet paper or facial tissues in the room. Hallway smelt of garbage; room smelt of garbage & garlic. Not enough towels in the room and when we requested more for our family of four, we were told they didn’t have any more. Ceiling fan remote was missing from the room. Pool hours on website were not accurate( said it was open 7am to 10pm when actually open from 9-9); went to pool at 9am when it opened and was asked not to swim at that time because they clean the pool at 9am every day... despite that being the time it’s supposed to be available.
Breakfast foods were varied and tasty. Coffee could have been hotter and there was no real half and half. Coffee ate is not an acceptable substitute.

Great selection of breakfast goodies. The set up was very thoughtful and included everything you need for a tasty breakfast.
Friendly staff at front desk. Great service from the gentleman that makes sure everything is out for breakfast and that everyone is pleased.
When I checked in I put a $50 deposit for the little store. When I went to use it for what I had gotten in the little store the card used could not be found. I went and got a different card charged the $50 deposit again, I did get my change back on that card. On my Fortiva card I was charged $50 deposit not refunded nor used. This is the first card I used for the $50 deposit when I checked in and front desk could not find. I am due a $50 refund.
