Cons:

Requested a quiet room away from elevators and stairs etc. we were given a bottom floor on the corner right next to an exit door just two steps away, facing highway I40 traffic.

A comfortable, safe and worth the money accommodated stay!
Pros:

It was warm and inviting! The staff were friendly and eager to assist in anyway!
From the room to the breakfast in the morning! Great stay and look forward to next one!

Cons:

Dogs barking at different times through out the night! As I appreciate the pet friendly environment, the pets during my visit were loud and noticeable!

A good experience overall.
Pros:

Used coffee maker in room. Did not have breakfast

Cons:

Since my husband has breathing issues would like to be able to request a room near elevators. I did not realize how long the walk was to room. I will make a request with my next reservation.

I’d stay there again.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, fully equipped, even a stove.

Cons:

Front desk was fantastic but I think they might have been understaffed.

Everything was great. Food was great people were friendly and location was perfect

Cons:

People did the best they could to accommodate us from your booking error. I ask you for a handicap accessible room and you booked a room for hearing impaired. That was your error not theirs.

Pros:

Looked nice and clean

Cons:

My first time staying here a week ago it was perfect. Second time staying here my room had a horrible smell. I smelled it before I even walked into the room. Smelled like grease and body odor. Smelled it all night and it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The next morning it’s didn’t seem as bad (I’m sure I was nose blind) but after I went to breakfast she came back it was just as strong. My room number was 228.
