Cons:

The room hygiene is very poor. There are a lot of a small bugs on the bed. And I already clearly paid for airport drop off service and the driver still want to ask for money for refueling. And the car is not good in condition either.

DISHONEST & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCED

It is neat and the white paint is well maintained.

Cons:

They charged more than the approved price advertised by booking.com and still gave me a lower room. It took persistent pressure before they restored the appropriate room after 3 days out of the 6-day stay at the property!

Not bad expereince and hope next time the hotel improves on the points identified
Pros:

Breakfast was good, environment quite

Cons:

A lot of their staff need serious training. They play too much amongst themselves while ignoring guests. The promise to adjust the rates on booking.com and same thing repeated where the ignored and refused to accept the rate until I insisted.
