Pros:

Tatsächlich würden wir via WhatsApp von der Unterkunft gebeten, ob sie uns auf ihre zweite Unterkunft umbuchen dürfen. Sie haben einen Wasserschaden. Daher kann ich diese Unterkunft schwer bewerten. In der zweiten Unterkunft war unser Aufenthalt allerdings fantastisch. Sehr ruhige Lage in einem sehr authentischem Dorf.

Cons:

Leider war die Alternative so ländlich, dass wir 40 Minuten mit einem Taxi nach Sapa unterwegs waren. Die Straße zur Unterkunft war leider auch sehr beschädigt, sodass auch jedes Taxi sehr ungern hochfahren wollte.

Quiet location with good views and kind staff
Pros:

Quiet location. On other side of the river. Good views. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast options. We ate dinner at their restaurant twice. Spring rolls delicious and mains tasty too.

Agradecemos que aceptaran la cancelación gratuita, pero creemos que deberían mejorar mucho la comunicación con los huéspedes.

Cons:

Habíamos reservado este alojamiento y acordado un servicio de recogida desde la estación del sleeper bus. Les avisamos de nuestra hora de llegada con antelación, pero dejaron de responder tanto por WhatsApp como por Booking.

Al llegar a Sapa a las 5:00 de la mañana no había nadie esperándonos y no teníamos forma de contactar con ellos, así que tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento.

La vue sur les rizières, au milieu de la nature, personnel sympa et belle piscine, proche du village (on vous conseille le Gecko pour aller dîner !)

Pros:

Le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques, les chambres spacieuses et bien meublées. Personnel réactif et très agréable. La situation dans la vallée du Tan Van est excellente.

Cons:

Éloigné du centre. Comptez 20/30 minutes en grab pour rejoindre le centre de Sapa.

Les travaux bruyants juste à côté de notre chambre pendant notre séjour.

Pros:

Door het slechte weer konden we niet op deze locatie slapen, maar ze regelden direct een ander hotel (Supan Ecolodge). Het was een top verblijf!
