Pros:

Staff was great. Mountain view and view of the city were amazing. Would like to stay here again when I come back to Sapa

Pros:

The room is big and is same as the photo showed. Breakfast not much choice but still nice to eat with nice view. And walking distance to everywhere

Pros:

All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa.

Not good experiences in Sapa.
Pros:

Not good experiences in Sapa.
Not clean coffee cup in the room.
Not good condition and bad quality restaurant.
I can never believe the Review's Grade.
Why this hotel review's grade 9 plus?
And they insisted the money exchanger rate 26,500VND per dollar only when I pay and this hotel requires an additional fee for card payment.
