The hotel was modern , the roof terrace was great and the breakfast was well cooked on the roof terrace , location was ok for attractions and the hotel was nice along with the reception and bar staff
Music being played at such a volume and we were on the 3rd floor and the music was on the 4th floor that I had to go down to reception and ask to be moved , we were given a room on the mesanie but again it was so loud , that again I had to go to reception and ask to see the manager , who arrived promptly and we had a bad exchange of words and he explained that the music would end at 10pm , which in normal terms is not late but we had to be up early as we were driving to Bulgaria in the morning , he said that the music would end at 10pm , which it didn't , we were not charged for the evening stay but I explained to the manager that he should have emailed us and informed us about the music so we could make alternative arrangements , so double check regarding this type of occurrence
