Dirty, no proper shower and it wasnt working, no hot water, no soap, breakfast not that great

Location: It's in a super isolated location. There is absolutely nothing to do. Walk around and there are just empty streets and empty non finished buildings. It feels so strange. It really impacted my mood. The streets only have locals on mopeds or cleaners go by now and then. The roads were extremely rough on our way there from the airport. After 1am there were no grab drivers available. So we ended up with dodgy taxi drivers which ended up demanding more money after dropping us off. Arrange your drop off in advance if you plan to land late in the evening. We had an absolute nightmare experience.

Hygiene: The bed sheets didn't seem like they were changed for a while. They didn't smell fresh at all. The toilet sink wouldn't flush well and always had a quarter full. The air con was blowing Luke warm. When having a shower the water simply splashes everywhere and the water flow almost goes to the bathroom door. I personally had to shower in cold water. Couldn't locate any hot water button to turn on the hot water. No matter what I did water was cold. There were loads of mosquito's in the lobby. I had to wear long clothes while having breakfast which made it very hot and uncomfortable. Also the reception and meal area are not air conditioned.

Communication: very hard to communicate as English is basically not an option. You need Google translation app which makes it so annoying going back and forth.

The general market was a bit pricey, though water and breakfast were included in our package.

I am extremely disappointed with the overall service. The rooms were not clean at all, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The lady at the reception was quite arrogant and unhelpful, showing no willingness to assist us.

The breakfast provided was not up to the mark, with very limited and poor-quality options. Throughout our stay, there was a clear lack of support from the staff.

On the last day, the lift was not working, and we had to carry our luggage down from the 6th floor ourselves, with no assistance offered. This was highly inconvenient and unacceptable.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.

Breagast to be improved

Jest jedna Pani od wszystkiego - obsługi recepcji, wydawania śniadań i sprzątania pokoi. Z tej przyczyny czystość pokoi nie jest doskonała (pościel i ręczniki były zawsze czyste ale niektóre elementy pokoi są zaniedbane)
W okolicy nie ma jeszcze prawie nic, do restauracji i sklepu trzeba podjechać na sąsiednie osiedla.

Il n'est pas très bien situé il est seul au milieu d'une ville fantôme, il y a eu beaucoup de constructions qui ne sont malheureusement pas terminées il est donc loin de beaucoup de choses. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix.
