Loves our room it was a suite with balcony so comfortable and clean
On entry to the hotel there was a terrible smell like dead rodents in the foyer it was quite awful BUT the smell was not in our room at all and the room was beautiful . Restaurant was closed for renovations which we knew but wasn't a problem as their sister hotel served a great breakfast just a short walk away
I had a wonderful stay and genuinely enjoyed this hotel. The location is outstanding, the staff were excellent, and I would happily stay here again.
Towel rack…I’m in pain 😢The only suggestion I would make concerns the bathroom towel rack and magnifying mirror, which were installed unusually high. As a guest who is 154 cm tall, I found them difficult to reach and had to stretch significantly just to get a towel. Unfortunately, this resulted in a back strain that is still bothering me. I have another picture out I can share bcz of the person picture he is tall and still it upper his him a lot …
I rarely leave feedback like this, but I felt it was worth mentioning because other guests may have a similar experience. Aside from this issue, everything about my stay was excellent.
Хорошее расположение, на границе Старого города, практически на набережной. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Приятный персонал отеля, всегда готовы помочь.
Не предупредили, что ресторан в отеле на реконструкции.

“The suite faces a busy street with traffic noise and occasional car horns. With the windows closed, the room is quiet. Guests who prefer sleeping with an open window and are sensitive to noise may want to request a room facing the courtyard. One small suggestion: the windows and screens could be cleaned more frequently, as they get dusty quickly due to the street-facing location.”

Очень хороший бутик отель в центре города, рядом с Девичьей башней. Локация просто отличная. Рядом Старый город, куча кафе и ресторанов. Утром можно прогуляться по набережной. Всё рядом. Очень красивый интерьер в отеле и номерах. Очень приветливый персонал.
Местоположение - близко к Старому городу, к набережной. Чисто, комфортно

К нам пришли друзья из соседнего отеля, чтобы посмотреть наш номер на будущее. Мы спустились их встретить, а их не пустили. Эта ситуация нас просто шокировала.
Огромное количество пыли под кроватью у изголовья. Пол года точно не убирали, а может и больше
Местоположение отличное.
Не завтрака! Ресторана, бара. Номер очень маленький. Цена высокая.

הזמנו לינה עם ארוחת בוקר והתברר לנו שסגרו את חדר האוכל שלחו אותנו למלון אחר לאכול הארוחה הייתה דלה וללא התחשבות בזה שאני לא אוכלת גלוטן ותמיד בהזמנת המלון אני מציינת את זה.
החדר פנה לכביש הראשי והטיילת ,שם היה כל ערב אירוע מוזיקלי פשוט רעש וקושי להרדם.
הדלת במקלחון נתקעה ונגמר הסבון ולא מילאו מחדש
Мне все абсалютно понравилось, кроме того, что номер не соответствовал картинке. При бронировании выбрали номер именно из за дивана, но по факту оказалось, что диван совсем другой, он маленький.
Да, все было замечательно, кроме того, что отель не соответствовал заявленной картинки при бронировании номера, диван должен был быть большим, мы на него рассчитывали, так как там должен был спать мой сын, я по этому и выбрала именно этот номер, но ему пришлось спать на раскладушке, он еле еле там поместился.
