实际住宿环境与网上照片落差较大，设施老旧、有异味，整体维护和卫生状况有待改善。

酒店实际情况与 Booking.com 上展示的照片有明显落差，尤其是酒店外观，网上照片看起来较新、整洁，但实际抵达时看到的建筑外观与照片并不一致，容易让客人产生误解。

房间和设施也比较老旧，很多地方明显缺乏维修和保养。房间有明显的难闻异味，浴室墙壁及地面边缘可以看到黑色污渍及类似霉菌的痕迹。淋浴花洒的水压也非常小，洗澡时很不方便。

建议酒店重新维修和翻新设施，并改善清洁、通风和浴室卫生，同时更新 Booking.com 上的酒店照片，让客人能够准确了解实际住宿环境。

jangan percaya gambar hotel tu. totally different. hotel buruk bilik buruk, toilet berbau. sangat teruk. langsung tak berbaloi dengan duit. tolong lah duduk hotel lain. saya taknak orang lain pun tertipu

Pros:

Ambience, friendly staff. Just remember, this is an old hotel currently under new management. Give it some time, some slack. Hopefully the facilities will only get better

Cons:

Toilet. Specifically cleanliness. Its damp, crowded. Difficult to even... Settling some business.
