The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter within walking distance to the night market and great little restaurants.

Location centralissima, ma comunque silenziosa: nonostante fossimo nel centro del quartiere vecchio di Hanoi non si sentiva nulla.

Lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile, in particolare Bobby che ci ha aiutato a coordinarci con i vari tour sia prima dell’arrivo che alla partenza.

La colazione era strepitosa, con le uova cotte al momento. Camera pulita e letti spettacolari, abbiamo dormito molto bene.

We liked how the TV was a Smart TV enabling us to watch Netflix and other streaming services. Another thing we liked about the room was the bed was a proper King sized bed and not just two Single beds pushed together. The quality of the Air-conditioning was outstanding! Keeping our room very cool throughout our stay.

Location was great, facilities clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bobby was great, all staff provided excellent recommendations.

Great location! Night markets, just at your door step. Bobby and the team were very attentive and friendly. We booked the junior suite with the balcony, which was super spacious, decor was so pretty. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and in a good location in the Old Quarter. We made use of the Sky Bar which was really nice too. Bobby was also very friendly and gave us recommendations.

The comfiest beds we have found anywhere on our whirlwind tour of Veitnam. Bobby and Tracey were so helpful, they made sure that we were comfortable and well looked after, from sorting out washing problems to well informed suggestions to the best pedicure to museums. Loved it.x

He went above and beyond in every possible way: always available, always ready to help, and always with a positive attitude. He organized our transfer seamlessly, helped us with every question we had, and even arranged for us to safely store our luggage for two days while we traveled to another city. He was always available and incredibly supportive.

Bobby made our stay much more comfortable, and we are very grateful to him. Highly recommended!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We only stayed overnight but will definitely book again if we come back to Hanoi. Lovely looking rooftop bar.
