Honeymoon Stay!
Pros:

Hotel was gorgeous, the balcony was a lovely touch that meant we could sit at the end of the night and look over the city. Was genuinely beautiful

However what made our stay here so amazing was completely down to the staff. Anything we needed they were all readily available with a smile. A particular shout out to Bobby who was so helpful and even helped us get checking in for our ward flights.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend the place enough

Pros:

The propriety is well located in the heart of the Old Quarter. We were very satisfied with hotel’s prompt service. The hotel staff epically Mr. Bobby from guest relations were always available a call way. Mr. Bobby made sure we were well taken care from before our check in to our check out.

perfect location and great service
Pros:

everything was perfect, great service and helpful staff, super convenient location, buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of options from Vietnamese food to other countries food. Room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel in the heart of the old quarter.

Everything was greattt
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights and had a really good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. The location is great too, with lots of places to eat and visit nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. I really love the location of the hotel as it was close by and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places. The staff at the hotel, especially Bobby was a great help even before my stay, he was consistently in touch with me to ensure that I have a smooth trip in Hanoi. Upon arrival as well and during my stay, the hotel facilities were extremely good and clean. The room was very spacious with a lot of amenities included, which were very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my future stays as well.
