Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent stay and service from all staff, with a special mention for Bobby and reception / bell staff. Stayed in the Junior Suite room and loved the headboard murals + all the individual hotel personalisations. Great location, AC worked well in our room, exceptionally comfy bed and pillows. Scent diffuser is a nice touch as you enter. Soundproofing could be better in the Junior Suite but it’s the nature of staying in the Old Quarter and a busy hotel. Look forward to our next stay. This was our best experience in Vietnam, made Hanoi worthwhile for us! Book the balcony room!!!! ❤️
Pros:

The room was so beautiful, we took the one with the balcony. Such a stellar location right next to the key areas and markets. While we stayed in Hanoi just for two days on our entire Vietnam trip, this is what made our trip super beautiful. Bobby from the Hotel Staff was super courteous, cool and helpful. The entire hotel staff is extremely helpful and good. We will recommend it to everyone and even come back again! Thank you so so much to Bobby and the entire staff at Amira for making our stay worthwhile!

Great hotel and fantastic staff
Pros:

Great location and staff. Close to everything and a laundromant just a short walk from the hotel. We had 10 days in Amira Hotel and from the start the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections everyday were great. We were sad to leave but have fond memories of Johnny, Duc, Lucas, Bobby and all the staff that made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel and recommending to friends.

Cons:

There was construction next door and drilling started quite early in the morning. This is no fault of Amira Hotel as it is a separate company so they had no control over it.

Great place to base from for an Old Quarter stay. Hanoi maxes out your senses and Amira Hotel is a nice home away from h
Pros:

In the heart of the Old Quarter 10 minutes walk to the lake. Tons of places to eat and drink within 5-10 walk and very safe. Staff was also helpful and friendly, especially Bobby who you could count on for anything-getting a car, reservations, flight check in, everything! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a mix of Vietnamese and American style food. Rooftop bar is another nice touch
