Etwas Luxus im Old Quarter
Pros:

Die gute Lage und der ungaulich hilfsbereite Service.
Die frische Pho beim Frühstück und die Option ein frisch zubereitetes Ei in jeglicher Variation zu erhalten war sehr gut.
Ausserdem ist die Rooftopbar wunderbar, um die Aussicht zu genießen

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte für unsere Wünsche gerne noch mehr Auswahl an vietnamesischem Essen haben können.

Stay here if you want a brill Hanoi location
Pros:

Everything was great but I need to highlight Haley and Lily who took care of us so well especially Haley once we arrived! She went above and beyond. Hotel is in a little street and is charming - great breakfasts and super room with balcony 🥰 - loved it!

Spent two stays here one before and after visiting Sa Pa. Staff were really good, especially Haley who sorted out a trip

Pros:

The atmosphere was good, surrounding area was very lively for the entire week. Once you got the pace, you will be in love with the place when everything available for almost 24h, food and beer places after 22:00, Banh mi until 3AM!
The room wasn't more than basic, but got enough for a night sleep and we didn't stay inside quite often. Staffs were amazing, gave us the uncommon touristic things and places to go, surrounded with locals not knowing how do we know the place. Sum up this was a wonderful trip we had in Hanoi, and we would come back again and again just because of the staff team
