Cons:

Постоянно останавливаюсь в этой гостинице, когда в Астане и в прошлом году у меня оставался депозит не использованный. Всего 22000 тг, так вот когда я приехала в январе 2026 года , мне сказали оплатите полностью, я сказала уже нескольким менеджерам что у меня депозит, я оплачу, но остаток возьмите с депозита. Ок взяли «типа» я заехала, в этот же день у меня не работают ключи от номера, я на 21 этаже, звоню с коридора (стационарного) на ресепшен, говорю у меня ключи не работают можете новые выпустить? Говорят да без проблем , но подойдите на ресепшен оплатите еще 22 тыс тг у вас долг , оплатите отдадим ключи. В итоге объяснила по телефону еще 2-3 менеджерам что у меня депозит. Ок говорят время выезда . Мне говорят у вас долг оплатите , опять объясняю 3-4 менеджерам как попугай устала объяснять всем одно и тоже. Уже на выезде думаю ок заплачу но вы возврат сделайте средств . Они говорят да мы уже сделали , прошу платежное поручение. То нет бухгалтера, то завтра то еще что то. Ок оплатила, они мне все еще должны, вернулась в Алмату. Пишу им каждую неделю. Говорят мы вам вернули деньги , проверяйте. Уже пошло 3 месяца но денег так и нет. Скинула даже выписку свою из халыка менеджеру Итог: вытрепанные нервы, минус 22 тыс тг. Обращаюсь в суд!

Comfortable place for a quick stay in Astana
Pros:

Very quite and central. The room was pleasantly warm and big.

Cons:

For a 5 start hotel, I would have expected a bit more, especially for the high Pride paid. Specifically:
1. The room had no “extras”, ex. No flip flops, no shoes kit, no ironing place
2. We only received 1 big towel for the spa even though the room was booked for 2 people
3. Just basic things come with the room booking
4. The elevator in the building are quite slow.

Отличное расположение, номера уютные с шикарным видом на Хан-шатыр, завтраки вкусные, персонал приветливый, документы сделали быстро, бассейн и джакузи чистые. Всем советую к посещению.

кровать и постельное белье , не настолько белоснежно , и думала что на таком уровне отеля будет кровать хорошая

Pros:

Уютный отель с гостеприимными и приветливыми сотрудниками. Особенно хочется отметить Александра с ресепшен ( к сожалению не уточнила какая у него должность ) . Замечательный человек ! Большое спасибо ему за помощь и человечность .
Останавливалась в этом отеле на 4 ночи с дочерью в 2- х местном номере стандарт . Отличный номер со всем необходимым .

Завтраки были включены в проживание и тоже очень понравились . В ресторане просторно и комфортно.

Расположение отеля прекрасное . Находится на перекрестке , между двумя торговыми центрами . Торговые центры в которых можно купить все в шаговой доступности ( не более 3 - х минут пешком ) А вид из окна просто превосходный ! Мы были зимой ( конец февраля ) . Представляю какая красота там весной , летом и осенью !

Очень хороший бассейн . Замечательная сауна и джакузи .

Проживание очень понравилось . Когда будем ещё в Астане обязательно остановимся в этом же отеле . Ещё раз благодарю всех сотрудников . Рекомендую отель 💯👍
