В принципе всё не плохо
Pros:

Расположение,чистота,персонал.

Cons:

Просил высокий этаж,так как заказал 7 номеров,сказали что именно мне дадут высокий этаж,не дали этаж высокий( обманули)

Pros:

Temiz , güzel lokasyonda , çalışanlar kibar ve alakalı . Astana da kalınabilecek en iyi otellerden biri olduğunu düşünüyorum .

Cons:

Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi .

Местоположение, ответственность персонала

Cons:

Не понимаю как в гостинице 5 звёзд!!! Как себя они позиционируют может быть отключен кондиционер. Если закрыто окно - то дышать нечем, очень душно. Если окно открыть- вероятность простыть очень высока. В гостинице 5 звёзд такого быть не должно, кондиционер обязан работать круглый год. Также весьма высокие цены в ресторане на первом этаже при учёте весьма посредственных блюд. Можно сходить в Brewery за углом, где на порядок вкуснее и значительно дешевле.
