L’emplacement est super
L’appartement est très bien équipé il y a un bureau un lit une table une armoire

Cons:

Il est censé y avoir une communication disponible 24h/24 mais nous sommes restés bloqués 1h hors de l’appartement car le code ne fonctionnait plus et nous ne pouvions joindre personne

Spacious and clean apartment
Pros:

We stayed for a week. Such a spacious and squeaky clean apartment! The layout was perfect - there were sliding doors to separate the sleeping area from the kitchen. We enjoyed having the large dining table and small desk in the bedroom. We had everything we needed and more. Loved the extra touches such as slippers, shampoo, laundry detergent toothbrushes, tea etc. The wifi was reliable

Cons:

The only suggestion is that the mattress could be more comfortable. We could feel the springs in the mattress. Perhaps adding a mattress topper would resolve the issue. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Good location
Very good facilities. The washing mashine and the room for drying the clothes were very usefull
We had a room at the top floor and it was quiet and confortabile.
Manny usefull ameneties
I read some people complained about the confort of the bed, but we actualy liked it (the matress is a bit softer than usual)

Cons:

Just at the top of the bed it was a ventilation "hole" and the wind was blowing on our heads, we had to cover it with tissues🙉

Bad beds
Cons:

The futon was bad and was about the same as sleeping on the floor. Staff did not make up the additional (sofa) bed. The sofa bed was awful and unbalanced with a bar sticking up into your back as you lay on it.

Quarto muito espaçoso.

Cons:

Cama não muito confortável. Não havia funcionários presentes, então se precisar de ajuda com a acomodação você dependente do administrador atender a ligação, seja por celular, ou pelos tablets.

Decepcionante
Pros:

Boa localização, 15 minutos do metrô. Quarto amplo e bastante funcional.

Cons:

Comunicação não é muito boa. Não tem recepção e o auto checkin é confuso. Quando chegamos, nosso quarto estava cheirando a cigarro por conta do quarto ao lado. No dia de irmos embora, levaram nossos guarda-chuvas recém comprados que estavam na recepção. Por não ter ninguém na recepção também não é possível deixar as malas ou receber encomendas.
