Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, working AC, good wifi, but no frills
Pros:

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, the mini fridge was pretty large, good number of drawers for our trip, AC worked, wifi worked, beds were comfortable, rooms were a good size.

Cons:

There were no frills like gym or pool or a complimentary breakfast, but we didn’t really miss that

Pros:

Convenience. Modern rooms. Plenty of parking. Good towels. Plenty of hot water.

Good rate - seemed safe - good location.
Pros:

Great location - staff very friendly. Not as clean as I had hoped from the positive reviews. Stairs were difficult for us older folk. My review would be better, but I expect a clean room and it just wasn't as good as we had hoped. All-in-all, though, it was a good location and good for a night for travelers at a decent rate.

Cons:

Stated above - it is really about cleanliness and the challenge of getting the room temperature comfortable.

THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL, NOR IS IT SMOKE FREE! NO PLACE TO TAKE DOGS TO PEE OR POO. WAS TOLD I COULD DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD TO THE PARK! STAIRS TO THE UPPER ROOMS WERE METAL SLATS, NOT SOLID SO DOGS COULD NOT USE! PEOPLE LOITERING OUTSIDE, AND SMOKING RIGHT OUTSIDE ROOMS THAT WERE NOT THEIRS. OFFICE SMELLED VERY HEAVILY OF SMOKE AS WELL.

Located off the main highway which made for a very quiet stay.

Cons:

Door to the room was ajar when I arrived (very) late at night. Quick check, no one had been in it, so that was a plus….
