Es ist sehr sauber, sehr modern, sehr schön! Würden immer wieder kommen! Sogar schöner als auf den fotos. Blick auf das meer einfach traumhaft. Unser balkon war zwar sehr klein und eng, aber hat uns nicht gestört also 10 von 10!
Camera situata al 6 piano vista mare, grandissima e molto molto bella. Eravamo gli unici ospiti in queste 3 notti ma la mattina ci facevano trovare una colazione buonissima.
Purtroppo la sera il ristorante era chiuso.

November is a very quiet time for Golem, so we had a lot of attention from the staff. They went out of their way to please us and accommodate our baby. As it goes, our baby had a raised temperature so we took her to the hospital, the hotel receptionist accompanied us to translate, meaning she finished her shift later. Every member of staff went above and beyond their jobs, they were very friendly.
The pool was freezing but it is out of season ans Golem was very quiet.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was polite, the breakfast buffet was very good but it needed organization as it was a weekend. The room should have been a little cleane
We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The girl working reception was so very nice and made us feel so welcome. Comfortable bed, hot shower, amazing view! Cannot wait to return!
Hotel super, bardzo mily personel, dziewczyny z recepcji rozpieszczały nas cały pobyt, kawki, soczki, woda za darmo ile tylko chcieliśmy (wykupione mieliśmy tylko sniadania) na prawde bez jakich kolwiek zastrzeżeń, hotel nowiutki, pokoje duże i bardzo ładne, sniadania bardzo dobre, bardzo dziękujemy!
To nie wina hotelu ale albania tonie w śmieciach, tubylcy rzucają śmieci wszędzie gdzie stoją, brud na ulicach straszny.

The hotel looks nice at first glance, but there are far too many downsides:
• Food: Repetitive menu every day, cold, bland, and lacking any seasoning.
• Room: The minibar didn’t cool properly.
• Bathroom: The drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom to flood during showers.
• Beach: Very dirty — much like the city itself, which was full of rubbish.
• Drinks: Only basic options available, no cocktails at all. The only person serving drinks was the receptionist, who wasn’t trained to handle bar service.
Overall, a disappointing experience — we definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Veľmi pekný a čistý hotel, ochotný personál. Strava chutná, veľký výber. Nápoje v cene pri All inclusive. Výhoda sú lehátka v cene na pláži, veľmi blízko pláže. Super detské ihrisko, ihrisko aj pre väčšie deti napr na tenis, mali aj stolný tenis. Boli sme tu veľmi spokojní.
