La presión del tiempo o se cancelaría mi reserva, me perdí en la ciudad y me mandaron mensaje que si no llegaba a las 6 pm se cancelaba la reserva, llegué 6:15 y no hubo mayor problema, aunque estaba lista para irme a otro hotel 😬

Que cada 30 minutos te están mandando mensaje para que pagues y diciendo que si no pagas a la cuenta del hotel se va. Cancelar la reservación, pides factura y te piden cédula fiscal , de acuerdo al SAT no es obligatorio que te soliciten la cédula fiscal

La habitación excelente limpia muy buena supero mis expectativas amplia todo excelente

El personal de front desk en especial el chavo joven de unos 25 años bastante desligado de su obligación en su celular mientras te atendía .. nada amable sin sentido de servicio. los demás muy amables si no fuera por el todo excelente.. y en restaurante creo que si les falta tener abasto suficiente
