Very disappointing 😞

The location was good.

Cons:

The room was tiny. There was no where to put your luggage, so we had to put it on the floor but then we couldn't walk around the bed properly. We had a room that goes out to the pool. The pool was filthy and had green algae. Our aircon didnt work at first. The staff didn't help with our luggage and looked like that couldn't be bothered helping us. The welcome drink area was full of empty glasses stacked up which no one offered us one. No one told us about breakfast or explained the facilities. We had to work everything out on our own.

Overordnet rigtig fint hotel! Fede værelser.
Lækker morgenmad. Beliggenheden er god.

Cons:

Rengøringen! Der var pænt rent da vi ankom, men under opholdet på 6 nætter bestod rengøringen af af de redte sengen, fejede gulvet og vi fik nye håndklæder.
Det var først da vi påpegede at der var beskidt nogle steder, at de så gjorde noget ved det. Sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet under opholdet.

The breakfast buffet was very good.

That it was near all amenities

Cons:

One of the room’s balconies faced a dummping spot filled with junk. We asked to be moved from the room but they said they were fully booked, even though we kept seeing people checking in and out.

Pros:

Pool was bigger than is shown in the pics and there was always an available sun chair.

Cons:

My view was towards the back - which the neighboribg hotel used as a garbage dump. Not the fault of this hotel.
