The room given was not as expected, poor furniture, AC was leaking water, Fan was spreading dust, Washroom toilet leaked water , shower not working they kept a pocket for wash.
Room arrangement , cleaners, steel structure in the corridor, pocket for showering , AC poor quality and maintenance
Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The stay was very comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the rooms were neat with all the basic amenities. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Could improve the ambience in the room
The payment was adding 12% one and above the amount provided by Booking.com. But at the property the front desk added 12% purely because I used Card for payment method.
