Modern, luxurious, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended
Pros:

Opposite the airport, so very conveniently located. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms are very well equipped, and the features to allow “do not disturb” or “clean my room” as an integrated system in the entry electrical panel felt very slick. Everything was very clean. Design is modern and comfortable

Cons:

I wish the curtains were blockout and the AC controls are very bright at night
The phone in my room wasn’t working unfortunately and no one was able to fix it

Habe das Hotel schon öfters genutzt.
Pros:

Die Lage für Reisende, die morgens einen Flug haben ist ideal. Das Restaurant bieten für jeden Gaumen etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig.

Cons:

Der Preis ist vielleicht etwas zu hoch. Aber in der Nähe des Flughafens die beste Adresse

Perfect and Convenient for Cluj Airport
Pros:

The booking was for my son traveling for a family reunion. The hotel is in a great location for any flights to/from Avram Iancu Airport, Cluj - just across the road from the Arrivals and no more than 3-5 minutes walk. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but this is not necessary unless you have lots of luggage.
Comfortable and great service, polite and supportive staff as well as prompt communication to all requests.

Overall very nice stay, kind and good staff. On my future trip I'll definately stay here
Pros:

Staff was very nice and kind, we got a random upgrade to a better room, on the same booked price.
Dinner was very nice and tasty, the staff during the dinner was very kind, payed a lot of attention. We had a very leraxling time after a long business trip

Cons:

Despite the food was great, we ordered our house stake medium rare, which came out well done.
Not a major issue as the dinner was still tasty, and the staff instant offered a discount from our overall dinner due to that.
