The Couper Umiltà

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing major attractions.
The only negative was that there was no elevator.

Excellent location. The staff is great and helpful. I liked staying here because of being walkable to a lot of places and the bus stop.

Loved this place! This hotel was so so chic and so clean! So cozy and quiet. Martina was seriously the best!! Would stay here again.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay at the Couper Umiltà. Absolutely loved the hospitality offered by all the staffs especially Maria who was an excellent host and helped us in every possible way right from explaining directions to booking site seeing tickets for us. If we ever visit Roma again, will definitely choose this place to stay. Just one suggestion- please put a full size mirror in the room.

We left the hotel. It was right downtown right off the villa del coursa, Maria, was fantastic and a wonderful time.Thank you.

Good, friendly property. Close to everything, rooms are clean, air conditioned, tea and coffee in the room. The only negative things that I would say is that we got a room with a tiny port-window,close to the ceiling, making room dark. It was 1 of 2 rooms in the property with windows like that. Also, they didn't let us cancel our reservation, even though we had an emergency! That definitely left a bad taste.

Beautifully decorated room, wonderful air conditioning, comfortable bed, excellent shower, perfect location - I highly recommend this place!

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.
Hotellet ligger utrolig centralt. Vi brugte slet ikke offentlig transport men gik rundt til alt, vi ville se. 2 min fra Trevi Fontænen, 5 min fra Pantheon.
Hotellet har 17 værelser og ikke mulighed for morgenmad, som vi spiste i byen i stedet. Dejligt hotel og anbefalelsesværdigt. Rimelig pris i forhold til beliggenheden.

We were not given the room we booked and we were told this was a problem with Expedia not the hotel's fault. Other than this we were happy with service and the location. The room could have been slightly cleaner in places but was acceptable.

Ultimately this is a guest house in the middle of the city, not a 5 star hotel, so we were satisfied with our stay.
