The staff was very helpful and gave us a early check-in, flexible with breakfast options…
Pros:

Location was perfect, especially to go to the main points of interest like the Golden temple... the hotel is located just around the Heritage walk, so its a nice traffic free walk around.

Cons:

Small reception areas/ lounge is just enough to seat a guest or two, but the staff was very helpful with giving us a room quickly. Rooms feel small, but are comfortable, they didn't have in room slippers...

Excelente ubicación sobre todo si el interés es estar cerca del Golden Temple y de la zona caminable alrededor del templo. Pieza cómoda, limpio, cama cómoda y lo mejor la buena disposición y amabilidad del personal de cocina y comedor, fueron extremadamente amables de adaptarse a nuestras necesidades, muchas gracias!

Cons:

Solo creo que podrían mejorar la zona de recepción y comunicación con el comedor, porque en invierno es muy muy frío!

Comfortable, best location to stay
Pros:

Location was ideal for tourism. Cleanliness was very good

Cons:

Was given an external heater as room centralised heating was not working . Next day they had another guest demanding an heater so they disturbed me at quarter past 11 pm to check if they can collect the external heater and same thing they did thee next day too. I was surprised the staff saying they have only one external heater available with them. This approach is not appreciated

Good for families visiting golden temple...higher end place with value for money
Pros:

Great location right near the golden temple but but away from the bustle..
Cooperative staff who allowed early check-in with no fuss
Good size near family suite

If I were to nitpick the hard to see areas below the raised sink in the bathroom could do with a clean
